После хирургической обработки дефект м гких тканей еще больше увеличиваетс . При этом ущить рану без нат жени м гких тканей невозможно. Дл того, чтобы защить рану, удал ют отломки или часть кости дл образовани дефекта, позвол ющего защить рану наглухо без нат жени м гких тканей. После этого осуществл ют остеосинтез костей сегмента конечностей аппаратом Илизарова. Через дистальный и проксимальный метафиз кости или костей (на предплечье, голени) провод т две пары перекрещивающихс спиц.
