Моюща способность СОЖ удовлетворительна .O) 1 The invention relates to process fluids, in particular lubricating-coolant liquid (coolant), used in mechanical machining of materials, and can be used as a concentrate in finishing operations performed by an abrasive-diamond tool. Known coolant for machining metals with diamond-abrasive tools, which are emulsions and aqueous solutions of active components. C However, such SODs have insufficient wetting and anti-adhesion properties, are not sufficiently stable during operation, and do not satisfy the growing requirements for finishing abrasive machining of metroplates. They do not ensure the stability of technological indicators of productivity and quality of the machined surfaces of parts, and do not contribute to a further reduction in the consumption of abrasive tools for finishing operations such as superfinishing. Also known are coolant based on water with addition, wt.%: 0.5-1.5. Triethanolamine. Tetraborate 0.1-0.5. Sodium O, 1-0.5. Sodium nitrate. N-OKT tetrasodium salt, adecyl-N-sulfosoccinoylas steam of ginova acid 0.5-1.5 However, the use of this coolant component does not provide sufficient performance of grinding and superfinishing operations. When grinding, the coolant forms a foam and increases the consumption of the tool, increases the roughness of the treated surface. In addition, the coolant of this composition must be prepared at the place of processing materials, as it is supplied at the enterprise by individual components. 3io creates inconvenience in their use at the place of use. The closest to the invention in terms of composition and the result achieved is a process liquid concentrate (TL) containing May. %: 6 Sodium nitrite 0.4-0.6 Diethyleneglycol20-30 Triethanolamine fatty acid soap fraction Cg-C2 (, 25-3o 25-30 WaterOtheral D3 The disadvantage of the known concentrate is that its use on superfinishing operations leads to rapid coolant contamination when oil enters the machine’s lubrication system due to insufficient detergent emulsifying activity. This leads to clogging and increased tool consumption, coagulation of the mixture on the surface of dispersed particles and the depletion of coolant from working components. Optimizing the performance of the grinding process. The goal is achieved there that the concentrate of the process liquid for grinding materials containing sodium nitrite, diethylene glycol, triethanolamine fatty acid soap fraction and water, additionally contains tetrasodium E-alkyl-H-sulfosuccinoyl aspartic acid in the following ratio of components, wt. .%: Sodium nitoite 0.3-0.5 Diethylene glycol 15.0-20.0 Triethanolamine fatty acid soap fraction, 0-22.0 Tetrasodium salt of N-alkyl-N-sulfurfo-succinoyl aspartic acid slots20.0-30.0 WaterOstal Triethanolamine soap of fatty acids is obtained by mixing triethanolamine with technical acids of fraction C "C. (TU 6-05-02-028-75), representing any hydrolysis product of castor oil produced in the production of sebacic acid acids, and consisting of a mixture of acids, wt.%: Acids with the number of atoms, 9 Mcristic acid5, 5 Palmitic acid13, 6 Oleic and linoleic acid 31.2 Stearic acid 13.1 Arachic acid 15.2 Unidentified C acids C 15 , 5 Technical Fatty Acids (TFA) dissolved in a pure viscous liquid of light brown color, with a moisture content not exceeding 20% and an acid value of 130 mg KOH / g. When TFA interacts with triethanolamine, the reaction proceeds with heat ejection, resulting in a reaction product, triethanolamine, which contributes to a more rapid production of the final product, 1G concentrate. Diethylene glycol contributes to the dispersion of triethanolamine soap in water and in combination with the N-alkyl-N-sulfonic cynoyl-sparaginic acid tetrasodium salt, allows to obtain highly dispersed systems that are stable during storage and have high emulsifying properties with respect to oil (from the machine's lubrication system). In addition, diethylene glycol improves the anti-corrosion properties of the system. The use of N-AlXyI-N-Cycle Cyccinoyl Acapapagic Acid tetrasodium salt also improves the wetting and penetrating properties of the composition and, therefore, its detergent properties and dispersibility of the treated metal in the coolant medium. TJ concentrate is obtained by mechanically mixing all the components under normal conditions. It is a brown oily liquid with a density of 1.081, 1 g / cm at 20 ° C. The proposed TJ concentrate is a single balanced system of components, the content of which in the specified amounts provides it with stable properties during operation and storage, has high wetting, penetrating and emulsifying properties. 1 64 TJ concentrate is well soluble in water at room temperature, has high detergency and reliably protects the workpiece from corrosion. The surface tension of the solution at no more than 30 n / m, the wetting angle not more than 22 degrees. For the machining of metals using a 2-6% solution of the concentrate in water. The working solution is prepared by direct mixing of the concentrate with water. In tab. 1 presents the proposed composition of TJ. Reducing the concentrations of ingredients below the minimum leads to deterioration of the technological and anti-corrosion properties of the system. An increase in the concentration of maximum values leads to an increase in the maximum permissible concentrations for sodium nitrite, which is unacceptable by sanitary norms. Comparative machine tests of the proposed and known TJ concentrate were carried out with superfinishing of cast iron SCH-21-40NV 180-200 with diamond bars АСР 100 / 80М 7350%. Test mode: part speed 40 m / min, reciprocating bar speed 10 m / min, pressure on the bar 1.47 MPa. The test results of concentrates in the form of 3% aqueous solutions are presented in Table. 2. As can be seen, when using process fluids from the proposed concentrate increases compared with the known, the cutting capacity of the grinding bar is 1.51, 2 times, the consumption of grinding bars decreases by 1.3-1.4 times, the surface roughness decreases in 1 , 2-1.3 times. The salinity of the bars is not observed. The washing ability of coolant is satisfactory.
