Description
1 The invention relates to the manufacture of diamond-abrasive tools on organic bonds. An abrasive tool is known, made in the form of a metal body and fixed on it through an intermediate layer of diamondiferous layer on an organic bond Cl. The lack of a known solution is that the dense and rigid intermediate layer does not allow the diamond-bearing layer to fully wear out. This is due to the fact that, in the case of layer-by-layer fabrication of a tool, the fixing of the diamond layer on the intermediate layer is achieved under pressure during heating due to the mutual diffusion of the binder and fillers in the boundary zones and, therefore, there is no clear boundary between the diamond bearing and intermediate layers, which means and wear of the diamond layer is not uniform. As a result, when in some areas of the tool the allactic layer is completely worn out, in others it still remains. The process in this case, stop, not using the diamond layer to the end. If the processing is continued, when the processed product touches the dense intermediate layer, defects (burns, cracks, rocks) form on the surface of the product, causing the product to decrease in yield. The purpose of the invention is to increase the service life of the abrasive tool. The goal is achieved by the fact that the abrasive layer of the tool is connected to the body using a porous intermediate layer with a porosity of 10-40%. The manufacture of the porous intermediate layer increases the reliability of the abrasive layer bonding to it, due to the ease of diffusion of the abrasive-containing mass into the boundary zone of the intermediate layer. This allows the abrasive layer to be fully worn during the operation of the tool, making full use of the abrasives embedded in it and diffusing into the boundary zone of the intermediate layer, working as a continuation of the abrasive layer. In the case of a deeper contact of the porous intermediate layer with the processed product, the defects are not formed on the latter, similar to those that occur upon contact with a long intermediate layer. The use of a tool with a porous intermediate layer also contributes to the reduction of vibration during the operation of the tool. The use of a tool with an intermediate layer of porosity of more than 40% 98 can lead to its destruction, and the use of a tool, the intermediate layer of which has a porosity of less than 10%, virtually eliminates the receipt of the marked effect. The design of the face abrasive tool is shown in the drawing. A diamond-bearing layer 2 is fixed on the metal body 1. Their connection is made through the intermediate layer 3. The mass used to make the intermediate layer may consist of one or a mixture of polymeric binders, one or more fillers; may contain abrasive, less hard than diamond. The mass of the intermediate layer may consist of the components of the abrasive layer, with the exception or replacement of the abrasive with a less hard or meridian deficient. The manufacture of an abrasive tool with a porous intermediate layer is carried out as follows. On the metal or pressed body, which is in the mold, pour the mass of the intermediate layer, which is calculated as follows. The mass of each component of the intermediate layer is determined by the formula Their and in the case of calculating the mass of the component for the porous intermediate layer, the formula takes the form (Vn -Vjusrk volume of the intermediate layer, cm2; pore volume in the intermediate layer / cm3, X is the porosity of the intermediate layer,% f N - the content of the component in the composition for the intermediate layer,.%; p - the density of the component, g / cm The weights for the intermediate layer are determined as the sum of the masses of the components included in it ... Briquetting the intermediate layer by volume. Then extracted from P The ess-form of the briquetting punch, the mass of the abrasive layer is molded onto the substrate from the intermediate layer and heated to form. The tool is compressed under pressure of 300,000 kgf / cm at 150–450 ° C, depending on the type of material. Instrument with a porous intermediate scrub.
