Abstract

Predmet izuma so večslojne plošče ali filci iz kamenih oz. mineralnih steklenih vlaken ter postopek in naprava za njihovo izdelavo. Plošče po izumu se prednostno uporabljajo za toplotno izolacijo v gradbeništvu. Njihova prednost so pomembno boljše mehanske lastnosti. Večslojne plošče ali filci iz kamenih oz. mineralnih ali steklenih vlaken so izdelane tako, da je osnovnemu sloju s pretežno vertikalno usmerjenimi vlakni dodan vsaj en dodatni sloj s pretežno horizontalno usmerjenimi vlakni.

Claims (4)

1 Sl 21361 VEČSLOJNE PLOŠČE IZ KAMENIH VLAKEN TER POSTOPEK IN NAPRAVA ZA IZDELAVO Zahtevki 1. Postopek za proizvodnjo večslojnih plošč ali filcev iz kamenih ali steklenih vlaken, pri katerem se kontinuiran sloj (11) z v bistvu vzdolžno ležečimi vlakni transformira v osnovni sloj (12) z v bistvu vertikalno ležečimi vlakni, se tvori dodatni sloj (3, 7) iz v bistvu horizontalno ležečih vlaken in odloži vsaj na eno stran osnovnega sloja (12), da se tvori struktura označen s tem, da se kontinuirani sloj (11) in dodatni sloj (3, 7) dovajata iz različnih virov, nato pa se struktura stisne in utrdi.
2. Postopek po zahtevku 1, pri katerem se armirna mrežica (13, 14) odloži na vsaj eno stran osnovnega sloja (12), preden se na to stran odloži dodatni sloj (3, 7).
3. Naprava za proizvodnjo večslojnih plošč ali filcev iz kamenih ali steklenih vlaken, ki obsega napravo (4) za transformiranje kontinuiranega sloja (11) iz v bistvu vzdolžno ležečih vlaken v osnovni sloj (12) z v bistvu vertikalno ležečimi vlakni, vsaj eno enoto (1, 5) za tvorbo dodatnega sloja (3, 7) iz v bistvu horizontalno ležečih vlaken, vsaj eno enoto (2, 6) za stiskanje za stiskanje vsaj enega dodatnega sloja (3, 7), vsaj eno oblagalno enoto (15, 16) za oblaganje vsaj enega stisnjenega dodatnega sloja (3, 7) na ustrezni strani osnovnega sloja (12), da se tvori struktura, označena s tem, da da se kontinuirani sloj (11) in dodatni sloj (3, 7) dovajata iz različnih virov in da je predvidena utrjevalna komora (8) za stisnjenje in utrjevanje strukture.
4. Naprava po zahtevku 3, ki obsega vsaj eno dovajalno napravo (9, 10) za dovajanje armirne mrežice (13, 14) na vsaj eno stran osnovnega sloja (12), preden se na to stran odloži dodatni sloj (3, 7).
