Abstract

Predmet izuma so večslojne plošče ali filci iz kamenih oz. mineralnih steklenih vlaken ter postopek in naprava za njihovo izdelavo. Plošče po izumu se prednostno uporabljajo za toplotno izolacijo v gradbeništvu. Njihova prednost so pomembno boljše mehanske lastnosti. Večslojne plošče ali filci iz kamenih oz. mineralnih ali steklenih vlaken so izdelane tako, da je osnovnemu sloju s pretežno vertikalno usmerjenimi vlakni dodan vsaj en dodatni sloj s pretežno horizontalno usmerjenimi vlakni.ŕ

Description

(57) Predmet izuma so večslojne plošče ali filci iz kamenih oz. mineralnih steklenih vlaken ter postopek in naprava za njihovo izdelavo. Plošče po izumu se prednostno uporabljajo za toplotno izolacijo v gradbeništvu. Njihova prednost so pomembno boljše mehanske lastnosti. Večslojne plošče ali filci iz kamenih oz. mineralnih ali steklenih vlaken so izdelane tako, daje osnovnemu sloju s pretežno vertikalno usmerjenimi vlakni dodan vsaj en dodatni sloj s pretežno horizontalno usmerjenimi vlakni.
-1-1VEČSLOJNE PLOŠČE IZ KAMENIH VLAKEN TER POSTOPEK IN NAPRAVA ZA IZDELAVO
Predmet izuma so večslojne plošče ali filci iz kamenih oz. mineralnih ali steklenih vlaken ter postopek in naprava za njihovo izdelavo. Plošče ali filci po izumu se prednostno uporabljajo za toplotno izolacijo v gradbeništvu. Njihova prednost so pomembno boljše mehanske lastnosti.
Znane plošče iz kamenih ali steklenih vlaken so izdelane kot homogene plošče, to pomeni, da je je usmerjenost vlaken po celotnem prerezu plošče enaka. Znane so tudi plošče, kjer se gostota vlaken po prezezu spreminja, predvsem na površini je gostota povečana ob sicer enaki usmerjenosti vlaken. Običajno je to izvedeno s kompozicijo večih plošč. Znane so tudi plošče, kjer je jedro izdelano kot homogena plošča, dodana pa ji je še mavčna plošča.
Znane plošče imajo naslednje slabosti:
- slaba odpornost na točkovne obremenitve,
- slaba upogibna trdnost,
- slaba tlačna trdnost.
Naloga in cilj večslojnih plošč ali filcev iz kamenih ali steklenih vlaken ter postopka in naprave za njihovo izdeiavo po izumu so plošče ali filci, ki bodo:
- zelo elastični,
- imeli visoko upogibno trdnost,
- dobro prenašali točovne obremenitve,
- imeli visoko tlačno trdnost.
Naloga je rešena z večslojnimi ploščami ali filci iz kamenih ali steklenih vlaken ter postopkom in napravo za njihovo izdelavo po neodvisnih patentnih zahtevkih.
Izum bo opisan na osnovi izvedbenih primerov in slik, ki prikazujejo:

Slika 3: Trislojna plošča z dodano eno armirno mrežico,
Slika 4: Trislojna plošča z dvema dodanima armirnima mrežicama,
Slika 4: Dvoslojna plošča z dodano armirno mrežico.
-2-2V napravo za izdelavo večslojnih plošč po izvedbenem primeru in sliki 1 vstopa homogeni sloj 11 kamenih vlaken v napravo 4 za transformiranje iz pretežno vzdolžnoležečih vlaken sestavljenega kontinuirnega sloja v sloj pretežno stoječih-vertikalnih vlaken. Naprava 4 je opisana v patentu Sl št. 9012002 z datumom prijave 24.10,1990, objavljenem 31.10.1997, Iz naprave 4 izhaja osnovni sloj 12 z vertikalno usmerjenimi vlakni. Opcijsko sta napravi za izdelavo večslojnih plošč dodani napravi 9 in 10 za uvajanje armirne mrežice 13 in 14 na osnovni sloj 12. Enota 1 in opcijsko enota 5 prednostno v cik-caku nalagata sloj vzdolžnoležečih vlaken na enoto 2 in opcijsko na enoto 6 za komprimiranje. Tako formiran dodatni sloj 3 in opcijsko dodatni sloj 7 se vodi preko proge 15 in opcijsko 16 ter naloži preko osnovnega sloja 12 in opcijsko armirnih mrežic 13 in 14. V shematsko prikazani utrjevalni komori 8 se osnovni sloj 12, opcijsko mrežici 13 in 14, ter dodatni sloj 3 ter opcijsko dodatni sloj 7 stisnejo in sprimejo v željeno dimenzijo.
Seveda je na enak način mogoče dodajati še nadaljne dodatne sloje in mrežice.
Dodatno dovajanje lepila med sloje vlaken v izvedbenem primeru ni predvideno, je pa tudi dodajanje lepila v okviru izuma in je lepilo po znanih postopkih in na znan način mogoče dodati.
Sloj 12 ima gostoto od 20 do 300 kg/m3 in debelino od 10 do 300 mm.
Sloj 3 in 7 imata gostoto od 30 do 800 kg/m3 in debelino od 1 do 50 mm.
Večslojne plošče po izumu so značilne po tem, da je osnovni sloj 12 s pretežno vertikalno usmerjenimi vlakni vsaj na eni strani obložen z dodatnim slojem 3 in opcijsko dodatnim slojem 7 s pretežno horizontalno usmerjenimi vlakni ter da je opcijsko med osnovnim slojem 12 ter dodatnim slojem 3 in opcijsko dodatnim slojem 7 opcijsko vstavljena mrežica 13 in 14. Mrežici 13 in 14 sta prednostno armirni mrežici, izdelani iz steklenih vlaken, lahko pa tudi iz pocinkene ali nerjaveče žice. V okviru izuma pa so vse plošče ali filci, ki imajo sloju s pretežno vertikalno usmerjenimi vlakni dodan vsaj en sloj s pretežno horizontalno usmerjenimi vlakni. Plošče in predvsem filci po izumu se opcijsko lahko zvijajo v rolo. Razlika med plaoščami in filci je le te, da imajo filci manj veziva kot plošče in so zato upogljivejši.
Postopek po izumu je značilen po tem, da se na osnovni sloj 12 s pretežno vertikalno usmerjenimi vlakni najprej opcijsko uvede mrežica 13 in 14, nato pa doda dodatni sloj 3 in opcijsko dodatni sloj 7 ter se tako dobljena sestava po znanih postopkih stisne in utrdi.
Naprava po izumu je torej značilna po tem, da jo sestavljajo naprava 4 za transformiranje usmerjenosti vlaken, opcijsko napravi 9 in 10 za uvajanje mrežice 13 in 14, enota 1 in opcijsko 5 za tvorbo dodatnega sloja 3 in opcijsko dodatnega sloja 7 z enoto 2 in opcijsko 6 za komprimiranje ter s progo 15 in opcijsko 16 ter komora 8.

Claims (6)

1. Večslojne plošče ali tilci iz kamenih oz. mineralnih ali steklenih vlaken, označene s tem, da je osnovnemu sloju s pretežno vertikalno usmerjenimi vlakni dodan vsaj en dodatni sloj s pretežno horizontalno usmerjenimi vlakni. !
2. Večslojne plošče ali filci iz kamenih oz. mineralnih ali steklenih vlaken, označene s tem, da je osnovnemu sloju s pretežno vertikalno usmerjenimi vlakni dodan vsaj en dodatni sloj s pretežno horizontalno usmerjenimi vlakni ter da je med osnovni sloj in dodatni sloj vstavljena armirna mrežica.
3. Večslojne plošče ali filci po zahtevku 1 in 2, označene s tem, da ima osnovni sloj gostoto od 20 do 300 kg/m3 in debelino od 10 do 300 mm in ima dodatni sloj gostoto od 30 do 800 kg/m3 in debelino od 1 do 50 mm.
4. Večslojne plošče ali filci po zahtevku 2, označene s tem, da je armirna mrežica izdelana iz steklenih vlaken, pocinkane ali nerjaveče žice.
5. Postopek izdelave večslojnih plošč ali filcev, označen s tem, da se na osnovni sloj s pretežno vertikalno usmerjenimi vlakni najprej opcijsko uvede armirna mrežica, doda najmanj en dodatni sloj s pretežno horizontalno usmerjenimi vlakni ter se tako dobljena sestava po znanih postopkih stisne in utrdi.
6. Naprava za izdelavo večslojnih plošč ali filcev, označena s tem, da jo sestavljajo naprava (4) za transformiranje usmerjenosti vlaken, opcijsko napravi (9,10) za uvajanje armirne mrežice (13, 14), enota (1) in opcijsko enota (5) za tvorbo dodatnega sloja (3) in opcijsko dodatnega sloja (7) z enoto (2) in opcijsko (6) za komprimiranje ter s progo (15) in opcijsko (16) ter utrjevalna komora (8).
