Abstract
Protipožarna vrata ali okno za preprečitev širjenja dima in ognja, ki so uporabni v področju požarnega sektorja, pri čemer obstajajo protipožarna vrata ali protipožarno okno iz premakljivega okvirja s poljem/tablo, ki ga izpolnjuje in katero obstaja iz ognjeodpornega materiala, in je premakljivi okvir delno ali v protipožarna vrata in protipožarno okno iz ognjeodporne plastike.ŕ

Protipožarna vrata ali okno
Opis
Izum se nanaša na protipožarna vrata ali okno po uvodnem delu patentnega zahtevka 1, ki sta uporabna za preprečitev širjenja dima in ognja znotraj požarnih sektorjev.
Tovrstna protipožarna vrata so razvidna na primer iz EP 0 401 555 A2, kjer je znotraj kovinskega okvirja, okoli katerega teče sprejemni utor, vložena steklena plošča. Pri tem se steklena plošča konča pred okvirjem in je povezana s kovinskim okvirjem z dodatnimi kovinskimi robnimi progami pritrjenimi na stekleno ploščo, ki rabijo kot izravnalni adapterji. Kovinske proge so pri tem povezane z običajnim protipožarnim lepilom, na primer na osnovi vodnega stekla.
Zaključno letev za kovinska vrata kaže EP 0 612 910 A2, kjer je letev za povečanje stabilnosti v spodnjem področju vtisnjena med dva štrleča kraka.
Okvirni profil za protipožarna vrata je možno razbrati iz EP 0 444 393 A2, kjer stekleno ploščo drži močan okvirni profil. Okvirni profil je izveden kot profil iz votlih prekatov ter ima v prekate uvedene protipožarne plošče, ki jamčijo za odpornost takih vrat proti požaru.
Protipožarno zasteklitev opisuje DE 296 45 259 A1. Pri tem uporabljajo na eni strani silikatne steklene plošče iz prednapetega stekla, na drugi strani vmesnega zračnega prostora pa armirano silikatno stekleno ploščo. Zgradba take protipožarne zasteklitve je realizirana s kovinskim okvirjem, ki uokvirja rob in sega čezenj.
DE 297 42 665 A1 kaže protipožarna nihalna vrata, pri katerih se na vratnem okvirju oziroma robovih kril nahaja toplotno-izolacijski material, ki sega preko celotne dolžine oziroma širine. Ta toplotno-izolacijski material nabreka pod vplivom toplote, tako, da nudi vratni element v primeru požara zanesljivo zaporo pred ognjem. Ta vrata obstajajo iz ploskega materiala, ki ni prozoren, in je na delnem področju prekinjen z okencem, katerega je treba vstaviti.
Naloga izuma obstaja v tem, da ustvarimo protipožarna vrata oziroma protipožarno okno, pri katerih se odpovemo uporabi materialov, ki se jih običajno uporablja pri varstvu pred požari, kot so lahke kovine, les in jeklo, in tako lahko proizvajamo tovrstne gradbene elemente cenovno ugodneje.
Nalogo rešimo v skladu z novimi značilnostmi, definiranimi v patentnem zahtevku 1, pri čemer podzahtevki navajajo nadaljnje izvedbe izumiteljske zamisli.
Predlagamo izdelavo tako premakljivega kot tudi nepremakljivega okvirja protipožarnih vrat ali protipožarnega okna iz profilov iz ognjeodporne plastike. Protipožarna vrata in okna vgradimo v protipožarne stene, njihova naloga pa je preprečitev širjenja ognja pa tudi dima v primeru nevarnosti. Iz tega razloga so ustrezna protipožarna vrata in protipožarna okna klasificirana v ustrezne razrede odpornosti proti ognju. Ti posamezni razredi odpornosti proti ognju so pri tem razdeljeni po časih odpornosti proti ognju odgovarjajočih gradbenih delov.
Profili, pa naj bodo to masivni ali votli profili iz plastike z ustreznimi prekati, so prednostno sestavljeni v okvir, da jih lahko uporabimo kot protipožarna vrata ali protipožarno okno. Kot polje/tablo znotraj okvirja lahko uporabimo bodisi na splošno kot protipožarno steklo uporabljeno večplastno stekleno ploščo z ustrezno razporejenimi protipožarnimi sloji, ki pod vplivom vročine povzročajo absorpcijo toplotnega sevanja, ali pa tudi ognjeodporno plastiko v ploskovnem materialu.
Po predmetnem izumu pa si je možno zamisliti tudi oblikovanje okvirja in polja/table iz enega kosa. Pri nizkem požarnem razredu pa so protipožarna vrata ali protipožarno okno izvedeni tako, da je iz plastike narejeni okvir vložen med dve stekleni plošči. Pri tem lahko segata razmaknjeni stekleni plošči do zunanjega roba premakljivega okvirja. Če izberemo višji požarni razred, lahko med razmaknjeni stekleni plošči vnesemo prozoren protipožarni material. Ta protipožarni material je protipožarno steklo zgoraj omenjene vrste, ali pa tudi tekoč protipožarni gel.
Ognjeodporna plastika obstaja iz nosilnega materiala v obliki brezkončnih steklenih rovingov, ki so razporejeni v aksialni smeri profila. Razen tega je ta »surovi profil« v radialni smeri ojačen še z nadaljnjim kompleksom steklenih vlaken. Pri tem so ta steklena vlakna prepojena s smolo za tvorbo matrike in trdena v vlečni formi, prilagojeni obliki profila. Pri tem je vlečna forma temperirana, da je zagotovljen hiter izdelovalni proces.
Uporabljena smola za matriko obstaja v bistvu iz nenasičenih poliestrskih smol z ustreznimi trdilci, pospeševalci, aditivi in polnili za zaviranje gorenja, kar je še prav posebno važno. Za prilagoditev videzu obstoječih zgradb ustrezno dodajamo barve v obliki barvnih past. Tovrstna protipožarna vrata so lahko tako drsna vrata kot tudi eno- ali dvokrilna vrata z ali brez zaklopa. Ker izdelava tovrstnih profilov pri oblikovanju ne postavlja skoraj nobenih omejitev, je možno tudi medsebojno kombiniranje ustreznih profilov.
Tovrsten premakljiv okvir je možno izdelati pri ustreznem oblikovanju tudi kot nepremakljiv okvir iz ognjeodporne plastike. Pri uporabi votlih profilov je le-te možno tudi v celoti ali delno zapolniti s protipožarnim materialom.

Claims (19)
1. Protipožarna vrata ali okno za preprečitev širjenja dima in ognja, ki so uporabni v področju požarnega sektorja, pri čemer obstajajo protipožarna vrata ali protipožarno okno iz premakljivega okvirja s poljem/tablo, ki ga izpolnjuje in katero obstaja iz ognjeodpornega materiala, in je premakljivi okvir delno ali v celoti obdan z nepremakljivim elementom okvirja, značilna po tem, da obstajajo protipožarna vrata in protipožarno okno iz ognjeodporne plastike.
2. Protipožarna vrata ali okno po zahtevku 1, značilna po tem, da sta premakljivi okvir in nepremakljivi ovir narejena iz profilov.
3. Protipožarna vrata ali okno po zahtevkih i in 2, značilna po tem, da polje/tabla premakljivega okvirja v celoti ali delno obstaja iz ognjeodporne plastike.
4. Protipožarna vrata ali okno po zahtevkih 1 do 3, značilna po tem, da sta polje/tabla in premakljivi okvir izvedena iz enega kosa.
5. Protipožarna vrata ali okno po zahtevkih 1 do 3, značilna po tem, da obstaja polje/tabla premakljivega okvirja v celoti ali delno iz protipožarnega stekla.
6. Protipožarna vrata ali okno po zahtevkih 1 in 2, značilna po tem, da je premakljivi okvir vložen med dve razmaknjeni stekleni plošči.
7. Protipožarna vrata ali okno po zahtevku 6, značilna po tem, da se stekleni plošči raztezata do zunanjega roba okvirja.
8. Protipožarna vrata ali okno po zahtevku 6, značilna po tem, da se med razmaknjenima steklenima ploščama nahaja prozoren protipožarni material.
9. Protipožarna vrata ali okno po enem ali več izmed predhodnih zahtevkov, značilna po tem, da premakljivi in nepremakljivi okvir obstajata iz masivnega materiala.
10. Protipožarna vrata ali okno po enem ali več izmed predhodnih zahtevkov, značilna po tem, da premakljivi in nepremakljivi okvir obstajata iz votlih profilov.
11. Protipožarna vrata ali okno po zahtevku 10, značilna po tem, da so votli profili v celoti ali delno zapolnjeni s protipožarnim materialom.
12. Protipožarna vrata ali okno po zahtevku 6, značilna po tem, da je protipožarni material protipožarno steklo.
13. Protipožarna vrata ali okno po zahtevkih 6 in 11, značilna po tem, da je protipožarni material protipožarni gel.
14. Protipožarna vrata ali okno po predhodnih zahtevkih, značilna po tem, da je plastika s steklenimi vlakni ojačena plastika.
15. Protipožarna vrata ali okno po zahtevku 14 značilna po tem, da kot nosilni material v plastiki uporabimo rovinge iz brezkončnih steklenih vlaken, usmerjene v aksialni smeri.
16. Protipožarna vrata ali okno po enem ali več izmed predhodnih zahtevkov, značilna po tem, da so profili iz plastike v radialni smeri ojačeni s kompleksom steklenih vlaken, pri čemer so ta steklena vlakna impregnirana s smolo za tvorbo matrike in trdena v formi pod vplivom toplote.
17. Protipožarna vrata ali okno po zahtevku 16, značilna po tem, da obstaja smola za tvorbo matrike v bistvu iz nenasičene poliestrske smole, trdilca, pospeševalca, aditivov, barvnih past in polnil za zaviranje požara.
18. Protipožarna vrata ali okno po enem ali več izmed predhodnih zahtevkov, značilna po tem, da so protipožarna vrata eno- ali dvokrilna vrata.
19. Protipožarna vrata ali okno po predhodnih zahtevkih, značilna po tem, da so protipožarna vrata drsna vrata.
