Abstract

The invention starts from a device for scattering chipboard disperse material on a moving mould belt in the course of producing chipboards and the like. The device includes a disperse-material hopper, a hopper discharge apparatus, a disperse-material ejector and a distribution head. The distribution head has two distribution rolls rotating in opposite directions and connected transfer apparatuses. The distribution rolls form, between themselves, a charging throat. A scattering head is connected to each transfer apparatus, which scattering heads operate above the mould belt. To ensure that, using a device of this kind, a disperse-material cake can be achieved on the mould belt, which disperse-material cake is built up symmetrically or unsymmetrically with respect to the cake centre-plane, with a predetermined, defined structure, a uniform-distribution shaft is arranged between the disperse-material ejector and distribution rolls, which is movable back and forth orthogonally to the charging throat, at least at its lower end, allocated to the distribution rolls. In this manner pronounced segregations which have occurred as early as in the disperse-material hopper, in the hopper discharge apparatus or during disperse-material ejection can be compensated by even distribution of the disperse-material stream on both sides of the charging throat. <IMAGE>
