Abstract

يتعلق الكشف الحالي بعملية لتنقية ميث أكريلات الميثيل methyl methacrylate. وتشتمل الطريقة على: (أ) تغذية خليط منتج يشتمل على ميث أكريلات الميثيل، وميثانول methanol، وماء، وأوليجومرات من ميث أكريلات الميثيل إلى جزء مقسم من عمود تقطير distillation column يشتمل على جدار تقسيم؛ (ب) إزالة تيار علوي وتيار نواتج سفلية من عمود التقطير، وإزالة تيار سحب جانبي متوسط من عمود التقطير؛ حيث يدخل المنتج الخام عمود تقطير جدار التقسيم dividing wall في جزء مقسم على الجانب المقابل لجدار التقسيم من تيار السحب الجانبي المتوسط؛ و(ج) إزالة تيار سحب جانبي علوي من نقطة فوق جدار التقسيم وأسفل الجزء العلوي لعمود التقطير، وفصل جزء من الماء عن تيار السحب الجانبي العلوي لإنتاج تيار سحب جانبي علوي منزوع الماء وإرجاع تيار السحب الجانبي العلوي منزوع إلى عمود التقطير.
