Abstract

يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بعملية مستمرة لتحضير عديد أيزوسيانات polyisocyanate، حيث يتحول أولا بصورة سائدة عديد أمين polyamine وفوسجين phosgene إلى كلوريد كربامويل carbamoyl chloride وهيدروكلوريد أمين amine hydrochloride ونسب طفيفة فقط إلى عديد أيزوسياناتات polyisocyanates ويعاد تدوير قسم من خليط التفاعل المحتوي على كلوريد كربامويل carbamoyl chloride وهيدروكلوريد أمين amine hydrochloride الناتج بالتالي إلى التفاعل مع فوسجين phosgene، حيث يخلط بشكل دقيق عديد أمين polyamine، فوسجين phosgene وخليط التفاعل المحتوي على كلوريد كربامويل carbamoyl chloride وهيدروكلوريد أمين amine hydrochloride في وحدة الخلط. يتفاعل قسم من خليط التفاعل المحتوي على كلوريد كربامويل carbamoyl chloride وهيدروكلوريد أمين amine hydrochloride الذي لا يعاد تدويره إلى فوسجينية phosgenation لإعطاء عديد أيزوسيانات polyisocyanate.
