1. Способ обессеривания жидкого чугуна с использованием жидкого шлака, образующегося при внепечной обработке жидкой стали, отличающийся тем, что основной жидкий шлак с составом, %:
CaO - 45-70
SiO2 - 2-17
MgO - 4-8
Al2O3 - 14-22
FeO - 0,5-6
а также остатки расплава металла непосредственно после разливки стальной плавки вместе с оставшимся количеством стали загружают в горячий завалочный ковш для чугуна и обессериваемый жидкий чугун с температурой 1250 до 1400°С добавляют к шлаку с остатками стали, после чего осуществляют первое завихрение чугуна с высокоосновным шлаком и после этого жидкий чугун с высокоосновным ковшовым шлаком подвергают обработке с помощью погружной фурмы вдуванием порошкового десульфиризатора и газа-носителя, причем за счет подачи газа-носителя в жидкий чугун происходит дальнейшее завихрение плавки с примененным порошковым десульфуризатором с включением высокоосновного шлака, в результате чего начинается интенсивный процесс обессеривания.
