Abstract

FIELD: power energetics and other branches of machine engineering, namely head for knurling by rollers multistart helical different-profile surfaces on cylindrical blanks, particularly on tubular blanks, for increasing heat exchange surface area of tube bundles of heat exchangers. SUBSTANCE: head is provided with mechanism for dynamic automatic feed of rollers by depth of profile to be formed at knurling process. Said head is provided in addition with friction mechanism for automatic feed of rollers, device for setting feed stroke, apparatus for automatic disengaging mechanism for automatic roller feed after finally setting feed stroke by depth of formed profile. Mechanism for dynamic automatic roller feed is in the form of yoke having non- balanced inertia weight rotating around head body and provided with system of jointly connected drive tie rods with couplings for rotating rollers eccentrically arranged on trunnions. Said rollers have stoppers for fixing rotation angle of yoke after setting feed stroke. Mechanism for friction automatic roller feed is used at knurling helical surfaces on blanks having lowered ductlity and increased deformation resistance. Said mechanism is in the form of frictional ring halves engaging with outer surface of blank and it is disconnected when feed stroke setting is over. With used of such head mutlistart helical surfaces having any number of starts of different profiles and depth values may be knurled. EFFECT: enlarged using range of head.

Claims (1)

Накатная головка предназначена для накатывания накатными роликами многозаходных спиральных поверхностей различного профиля на цилиндрических заготовках, в частности на трубных заготовках для увеличения поверхности теплообмена трубных пучков теплообменников. Головка снабжена механизмом динамической автоматической подачи роликов на глубину формируемого профиля в процессе накатывания, дополнительно снабжена фрикционным механизмом автоматической подачи роликов, фиксатором набора размера подачи, устройством для автоматического отключения фрикционного механизма автоматической подачи роликов после завершения набора размера подачи роликов на глубину формируемого профиля. Механизм динамической автоматической подачи роликов выполнен в виде поворотной относительно корпуса головки обоймы с неуравновешенной инерционной массой, оснащенной системой шарнирно связанных приводных тяг с муфтами поворота эксцентрично расположенных на цапфах роликов с фиксатором положения угла поворота обоймы после набора размера подачи. Механизм фрикционной автоматической подачи роликов используется при накатывании спиральных поверхностей на заготовках с пониженной пластичностью и высоким сопротивлением деформированию и выполнен в виде взаимодействующих с наружной поверхностью заготовки фрикционных полуколец, причем отключение этого механизма осуществляется после набора размера подачи. С использованием накатной головки могут быть накатаны многозаходные спиральные поверхности с любым числом заходов различного профиля и глубины. The mechanism of dynamic automatic feeding of rollers is made in the form of a rotary relative to the housing of the head of the cage with an unbalanced inertial mass, equipped with a system of articulated drive rods with slewing couplings eccentrically located on the axles of the rollers with a clamp position of the angle of rotation of the cage after a set feed size. The mechanism of frictional automatic feeding of rollers is used when rolling spiral surfaces on workpieces with reduced ductility and high resistance to deformation and is made in the form of friction half rings interacting with the outer surface of the workpiece, and this mechanism is turned off after setting the feed size. Using the knurling head, multi-helical surfaces with any number of approaches of various profiles and depths can be rolled. The knurling head can find application in the production of thermal energy equipment and in other engineering industries.
