Abstract

FIELD: plastic metal working, cold forming of sheets, namely die sets for making cut through-stretched networks. SUBSTANCE: die set includes upper movable plate 9 and lower stationary plate 13, supporting tool unit: doubled punch 1 and builtup die 2 mounted in holders 3,4 respectively. Tool unit may be moved in direction of feed of blank 7. Wedges 8 mounted on upper plate 9 and protrusions 10 of builtup portion 6 of lower holder 4 are provided for moving said tool unit. Builtup portion 6 is spring-loaded by spring 12. Displacement value of tool unit is set by limiter 11 with possibility of adjusting it. EFFECT: enhanced quality of products due to high accuracy of blank positioning in working place, lowered labor consumption at manufacture and die set service procedures with doubles efficiency. 3 dwg

Claims (1)

Изобретение относится к обработке металлов давлением, к холодной листовой штамповке, в частности, к штампам для изготовления просечно-вытяжных сеток. Штамп содержит верхнюю подвижную плиту 9 и нижнюю неподвижную 13, на которой установлен блок с инструментами - сдвоенным пуансоном 1 и составной матрицей 2, закрепленными в держателях 3 и 4, имеющий возможность перемещения в направлении оси подачи заготовки 7. Для перемещения блока на верхней плите 9 установлены клинья 8, а на составной части 6 нижнего держателя 4, подпружиненной пружиной 12, выполнены выступы 10. Величина перемещения блока устанавливается ограничителем 11 с возможностью регулировки. Изобретение позволяет повысить качество изделий путем повышения точности позиционирования заготовки на позиции обработки, снизить трудоемкость изготовления и обслуживания штампа и в два раза повысить его производительность.
