Сущность изобретения: устройство содержит воздухозаборный патрубок и регулятор подачи воздуха, выход которого подключен к входу смесительной камеры, выполненной с кольцевым каналом и жиклерами. Устройство снабжено также нагревателем воздуха, при этом воздухозаборный патрубок установлен на входе нагревателя воздуха, выход которого соединен с входом регулятора подачи воздуха, который выполнен в виде регулятора-ограничителя.
