Abstract

Известные катализаторы для отработавших газов, в частности для двигателей внутреннего сгорания транспортного средства, имеют корпус-носитель, выполненный из коррозионно- стойких металлических листов. Для достижения, в частности, в фазе запуска в холодном состоянии лучшего КПД, известна возможность нагрева электропроводящего корпуса-носителя путем соединения его с источником напряжения. Для обеспечения электропроводности внутри корпуса-носителя расположены изолирующие зазоры или изоляционные слои. Для того чтобы изготовить корпус-носитель 13 с высокой механической прочностью и простым способом, предложенный в изобретении катализатор 10 для отработавших газов имеет по меньшей мере один выполненный самоизолирующимся нагревательный элемент 18, 20, термически связанный с металлическими листами 14, 16 корпуса-носителя 13 и/или его покрытием. Применение для катализаторов для отработавших газов двигателей транспортных средств. 2 ил.

Claims (1)

  1. Известные катализаторы для отработавших газов, в частности для двигателей внутреннего сгорания транспортного средства, имеют корпус-носитель, выполненный из коррозионно- стойких металлических листов. Для достижения, в частности, в фазе запуска в холодном состоянии лучшего КПД, известна возможность нагрева электропроводящего корпуса-носителя путем соединения его с источником напряжения. Для обеспечения электропроводности внутри корпуса-носителя расположены изолирующие зазоры или изоляционные слои. Для того чтобы изготовить корпус-носитель 13 с высокой механической прочностью и простым способом, предложенный в изобретении катализатор 10 для отработавших газов имеет по меньшей мере один выполненный самоизолирующимся нагревательный элемент 18, 20, термически связанный с металлическими листами 14, 16 корпуса-носителя 13 и/или его покрытием. Применение для катализаторов для отработавших газов двигателей транспортных средств. 2 ил.
