Abstract

Изобретение относится к сложным трансмиссиям "5х2". Главная часть включает в себя главный вал и два промежуточных вала. Вспомогательная часть включает в себя выходной вал, а также третий и четвертый промежуточный валы. Третий и четвертый промежуточные валы концентричны соответственно с первым и вторым промежуточными валами и могут приводиться во вращение посредством длинной шестерни. Третий и четвертый промежуточные валы имеют шестерни с возможностью вращения входящие в зацепление с четвертой шестерней переднего хода главного вала и с разделительной шестерней выходного вала. Третье сцепление, установленное посредством шлицев на выходном валу, соединяет заднюю шестерню главного вала или разделительную шестерню с выходным валом. Четвертое сцепление, установленное посредством шлицев на главном валу, соединяет главный вал либо с длинной шестерней, либо с задней шестерней главного вала.

Claims (1)

  1. Изобретение относится к сложным трансмиссиям "5х2". Главная часть включает в себя главный вал и два промежуточных вала. Главный вал содержит длинную шестерню, установленную на нем с возможностью вращения, а также реверсивную шестерню и четыре шестерни переднего хода, которые жестко подсоединены к нему с возможностью совместного с ним вращения. Первое сцепление, установленное на первом промежуточном валу посредством шлицев, соединяет одну из двух шестерен промежуточного вала с возможностью вращения входящих в зацепление с шестерней главного вала с первым промежуточным валом. Второе сцепление, установленное на втором промежуточном валу посредством шлицев, соединяет одну из двух шестерен промежуточного вала с возможностью вращения входящих в зацепление с другой шестерней главного вала со вторым промежуточным валом. Вспомогательная часть включает в себя выходной вал, а также третий и четвертый промежуточный валы. Третий и четвертый промежуточные валы концентричны соответственно с первым и вторым промежуточными валами и могут приводиться во вращение посредством длинной шестерни. Третий и четвертый промежуточные валы имеют шестерни с возможностью вращения входящие в зацепление с четвертой шестерней переднего хода главного вала и с разделительной шестерней выходного вала. Третье сцепление, установленное посредством шлицев на выходном валу, соединяет заднюю шестерню главного вала или разделительную шестерню с выходным валом. Четвертое сцепление, установленное посредством шлицев на главном валу, соединяет главный вал либо с длинной шестерней, либо с задней шестерней главного вала.
