Изобретение относится к медицинской технике, а именно - к протезированию нижних конечностей и протезостроению. Рассматриваемый протез голени содержит приемную гильзу, трубчатую стойку голени, соединенные по сферическим поверхностями законцовок, отформованных из термопласта, стопу и регулировочно-соединительное устройство. Техническое решение по данному изобретению отличается тем, что нижняя часть стойки голени выполнена сферической и соединена с ответной сферической поверхностью в стопе, а регулировочно-соединительное устройство выполнено в виде единой тяги, пропущенной через сферические законцовки внутри трубчатой стойки голени, шарнирно закрепленной по концам в гильзе и стопе и снабженной резьбовыми элементами натяжения. Взаимное положение сочленяемых концевых элементов деталей, изготовленных из термопластичного материала, например из полиамида, фиксируют на разных стадиях работы с протезом (наряду с упомянутой выше тягой) металлическими штифтами, предварительно нагретыми докрасна, а также склейкой по сопрягаемым поверхностям (склейка может быть заменена сваркой термопласта соединяемых законцовок).The invention relates to medical equipment, namely to prosthetics of the lower extremities and prosthetic engineering.
