Изобретение относится к области вычислительной техники и может быть использовано при разработке ЗУ на ЦМД большой информационной емкости. Целью изобретения является повышение надежности устройства формирования импульсов тока за счет устранения искажений выходных импульсов тока, характерных для устройства-прототипа. Поставленная цель достигается тем, что в устройство, содержащее два блока ключевых элементов на транзисторах и диодах и коммутатор выходных импульсов тока на диодах, введен блок управления режимом спада тока в нагрузках - катушках управляющего поля ЗУ на ЦМД, содержащий два ключевых транзистора, группу диодов и режекторный трансформатор.The invention relates to the field of computing and can be used in the development of memory on CMD large information capacity.
