Claims (1)

Предлагаемые технические решения относятся к области машиностроения, в частности к "безразмерной" обработке поверхности деталей, выполняемой с целью ликвидации дефектов литья, прессования, ковки, горячей и холодной штамповки и т. д. Эти технические решения могут быть использованы на обрабатывающих предприятиях различного профиля в цехах для виброобработки и галтовки деталей. Для интенсификации процесса поверхностной обработки, включающего разгрузку деталей в обрабатывающую среду, перемешивание деталей в среде и их совместное движение при воздействии на весь объем загрузки вибраций, части объема загрузки поперек линий тока придают поступательную скорость перемещения путем воздействия на нее высокоскоростного направленного потока среды. Для повышения производительности обработки в устройстве, выполненном в виде упруго подвешенной рабочей камеры с вибратором, имеется жестко закрепленный относительно корпуса эжекторный струйноабразивный пистолет.
