Изобретение относится к области медицины, а именно - к травматологии и ортопедии, и может быть применено для остеосинтеза при переломах костей. Цель изобретения - сокращение сроков реабилитации за счет уменьшения площади прилегания к поверхности кости и обеспечения компрессии между ее фрагментами. Накладка состоит из двух элементов в виде пластин с продольной прорезью и цапфами, имеющих отверстия. Пластины имеют резьбовые отверстия зубчатки. Накладку целесообразно применять в травматолого-ортопедических клиниках при остеосинтезе переломов длинных трубчатых костей.
