Устройство для остеосинтеза надмыщелковых и чрезмыщелковых переломов бедренной кости относится к медицине, в частности к травматологии и ортопедии, и может быть использовано для лечения больных с надмыщелковыми и чрезмыщелковыми переломами бедренной кости, а также для фиксации костных отломков при надмыщелковой остеотомии. Цель изобретения - повышение точности и прочности фиксации отломков. Устройство состоит из диафизарной накладки и клинка, соединенных сегментарно-сферическим шарниром. Накладка имеет отверстия под крепежные шурупы, чашку с пазом. Клинок имеет хвостовик со штырем под гайку. Прилегающие поверхности чашки и хвостовика сферические одинакового радиуса R1. Устройство может быть применено в травматолого-ортопедических клиниках при лечении больных с над- и чрезмыщелковыми переломами бедра и отстеотомиях.
