Изобретение относится к строительству, а именно к устройствам для формования бетонных изделий с пустотами, например мелких стеновых камней. Цель изобретения - получение изделий точной геометрической формы и повышение качества уплотнения. В многоместной форме устанавливают подвижные днища на уровне, соответствующем требуемой дозе смеси, и заполняют форму бетонной смесью. Приводят в движение вниз силовую траверсу, перемещая при этом подвешенную к траверсе промежуточную плиту с пустотообразователями и крышку. Крышка доходит до формы и крепится на ней с помощью крюков, через отверстия в крышке и в форму вводят пустообразователи, а затем в отверстия последних вводят стержни, установленные на силовой траверсе. Под действием вибраторов и гидроцилиндров происходит прессование изделий. После выдержки осуществляют отвод силовой траверсы со стержнями, извлекают пустотообразователи и поднимают крышку, ходом вверх нижней траверсы с помощью выталкивателей поднимаются вверх днища формы с изделиями, и последние сдвигают с формы.The invention relates to the construction, namely, devices for molding concrete products with voids, such as small wall stones.
