Abstract
Description
The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to poultry farming, and can be used for feeding farm birds with a balanced diet, including a feed additive.
The problem of increasing the productivity of poultry and improving product quality is one of the most pressing at the present stage of development of poultry farming. To successfully solve this problem, first of all, it is necessary to create a high-quality feed supply and organize adequate feeding, preservation of livestock, and maintenance of poultry health.
- 2007. - №10. - С. 25-27 (1)].The main direction that makes it possible to maximize the genetic potential of a bird is to provide it with biologically active feeding [Gorlov I.F., Varakin A.T., Cheprasova O.V. etc. Effective additive to feed for broiler chickens / Feed production. - 2007. - No. 10. - P. 25-27 (1)].
- 2008. - №3 (11). - С. 78-84 (2)].Today, from the perspective of modern ideas about fully balanced feeding of poultry, the need to use biologically active additives in diets is justified. Their rational use is based on increasing productive action, increasing the transformation of nutrients, contributing to increased digestibility and efficiency of use of nutrient rations [Gorlov I.F., Cheprasova O.V., Klochkov M.M. Reserves for increasing the efficiency of food egg production / News of the Nizhnevolzhsky agro-university complex: science and higher professional education. - 2008. - No. 3 (11). - P. 78-84 (2)].
- 2007. - №6. - С. 39-41 (3)].Feed additives of plant origin (phytobiotics or phytoadditives) are considered the best alternative to widely used and well-proven antibiotic growth stimulants (organic acids and probiotics) [Egorov I.A., Andrianova E.N., Prisyazhnaya L.M. and others. The use of the drug Verva and fir flour in feed for broiler chickens / Poultry and poultry products. - 2007. - No. 6. - P. 39-41 (3)].
Currently, the use of forest waste in feeding animals and poultry has intensified. New technologies for the production of non-traditional feed are being introduced, the use of which helps solve not only economic problems, but also environmental ones. 1 kg of dry matter of pine needles or spruce contains an average of 350-360 mg of carotene, B vitamins and vitamins C, E, K, etc. The needles contain chlorophyll and xanthophyll, which play an important role in metabolism, as well as a large amount phytoncides that protect animals from intestinal diseases.
- 2020. - Т. 9. - №1. - С. 198-203 (5)].It has been established that feeding pine needles to domestic animals helps prevent vitamin deficiency and increase their productivity, without reducing the yield of meat or deteriorating its quality. The use of fresh crushed pine needles in experiments on young cattle reduced feed costs per unit of production by 5-10% compared to control data. Pine needles contain iron, manganese, copper, zinc, cobalt, potassium, sodium, calcium, etc. The high cobalt content in needles explains the therapeutic effect of feeding it to cattle. In addition, the needles contain resinous substances, essential oils and phytoncides that have a bacteriostatic effect on the intestinal microflora [RF Patent 2676724. Publ. 01/10/2019. Bull. No. 1 (4); Yurin D.A., Osepchuk D.V., Yurina N.A., Danilova A.A., Maxim E.A., Korotkiy V.P., Ryzhov V.A. The use of phyto-additives in feeding sturgeon // Collection of scientific works of the Krasnodar Scientific Center for Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine. - 2020. - T. 9. - No. 1. - P. 198-203 (5)].
- 2010. - №6 (210). - С. 66-71 (6)].Feeding laying hens a feed additive, including pine flour, helps improve production performance, while an increase in egg production of laying hens by 14-18%, a decrease in poultry mortality by 4-5% and feed consumption per unit of production, and an increase in the fertility of eggs per hectare 2 .4% and hatchability of chickens by 9.2% [Savkova M.G. The use of local feed additives to normalize mineral and vitamin deficiency in chickens / Siberian Bulletin of Agricultural Science. - 2010. - No. 6 (210). - P. 66-71 (6)].
There is a known method for the prevention and treatment of mycotoxicoses by using the nanopreparation Mycosorbent MTox+ at a concentration of 0.1 and 0.2% [Fisinin V., Egorov I., Mukhina N., Cherkay 3. As part of toxic feed for broiler chickens, the drug increases the productivity and safety of livestock, reduces production costs, improves feed conversion and the use of nutrients and microelements. The disadvantage of this method: the drug has adsorbing properties not only in relation to various toxins, but also in relation to vitamins, micro- and macroelements, which can cause an imbalance of vitamins and minerals in the body of animals.
There is a known method for the prevention of mycotoxicosis in farm animals and poultry [RF Patent 2361603 Publ. 07/20/2009 Bulletin. No. 20 (9)]. The method involves adding the biologically active substance choline chloride (60%) in an amount of 6.3 kg/t to feed contaminated with mycotoxins.
The objective of the present invention is to find a means of increasing the productivity of broiler chickens in the form of an easy-to-use and inexpensive biologically active feed additive, which allows increasing the digestibility of feed, leading to an improvement in the physiological and biochemical status and increased productivity.
№8 (10)], состоящей из следующих компонентов (%): отруби пшеничные - 75,0; льняное семя - 3,0; сахар - 2,0; мел - 2,0; древесноугольный сорбент - 2,0; хвойно-энергетическая добавка - 16,0.This goal is achieved by introducing an extruded feed additive into the diets of broiler chickens [RF Patent 2647506 Publ. 03/16/2018. Bull. No. 8 (10)], consisting of the following components (%): wheat bran - 75.0; flaxseed - 3.0; sugar - 2.0; chalk - 2.0; charcoal sorbent - 2.0; coniferous energy supplement - 16.0.
A method for increasing the productivity of broiler chickens, including the use of an extruded feed additive containing wheat bran - 75.0%, flaxseed - 3.0%, sugar - 2.0%, chalk - 2.0%, charcoal sorbent - 2.0 %, pine-energy additive - 16%, at a dose of 10 g/kg of feed in diets for fattening broiler chickens from one day to 40 days of age.
Исследования проводили по следующей схеме (таблица 1).Research to study the effectiveness of using the feed additive was carried out in the vivarium of the Samara State Agrarian University on broiler chickens of the Ross 308 cross from one day to 40 days of age. At one day of age, two groups were formed: control and experimental, each group contained 10 heads of broiler chickens. The studies were carried out according to the following scheme (Table 1).
The birds were kept in cages with a mesh floor. Each cage was equipped with a drinking bowl and feeder, which provided free access to food and water. Microclimate parameters were the same in all groups. A 24-hour lighting schedule was used throughout the experiment.
В каждой фазе рацион соответствовал или превышал потребности цыплят-бройлеров в энергии, питательных веществах, макро- и микроэлементах (таблица 2).A two-phase feeding system was used in the experiment. In this case, starter (from 1 to 21 days of age) and growth feed (from 22 to 40 days of age) were used. In each phase, the diet met or exceeded the needs of broiler chickens for energy, nutrients, macro- and microelements (Table 2).
3.Broiler chickens were fed for 40 days. The live weight of broiler chickens was taken into account by individually weighing the birds, which was carried out at the age of 1, 14, 28 and 40 days. The birds were weighed before feeding. Feed intake in each group was measured at the same time periods as body weight and average values were calculated. The dynamics of growth of broiler chickens of the control and experimental groups is presented in table. 3.
(2,4%).The main criterion by which feeding efficiency is judged is live weight. In the first two weeks, no significant differences in live weight were observed between the chickens of the experimental and control groups. But at 28 and 40 days of age, broilers from the experimental group were superior to the control. Thus, the live weight of broiler chickens in the experimental group at the age of 28 days was higher by 24 g (1.9%), at the age of 40 days the difference was 55.9 g (2.4%).
4.Data on changes in the average daily increase in live weight of broiler chickens of experimental groups are presented in table. 4.
It follows from the table that the average daily gain in broiler chickens of the experimental group, which were fed an extruded feed additive, was higher than in control animals that received only the main diet. The most intensive growth was observed in the final fattening period. Thus, the average daily increase in live weight of broiler chickens in the final fattening period (29-40 days) reached 91.2 g in the control group and 92.1 in the experimental group. Over the entire fattening period, the average daily increase in live weight was 57.8 g in the control group, and 58.1 g in the experimental group.
5.During the experiment, the relative increase was calculated, table. 5.
From the data in Table 5 it follows that the relative growth rate in the first two weeks of fattening broiler chickens reaches the highest value (163.9-164.4%). With age, the relative growth rate of broiler chickens decreases, and no significant difference is observed between the control and experimental groups.
During the experiment, no mortality of animals was observed in the control and experimental groups, i.e. There was 100% safety of the bird.
6.One of the main indicators when assessing the meat productivity of poultry is the carcass weight and slaughter weight of a broiler chicken. Data obtained as a result of studies of the morphological composition during the slaughter of carcasses of the control and experimental groups of broiler chickens showed that the introduction of an extruded feed additive into the diet had a positive effect on the formation of its meat qualities. Data for cutting carcasses are presented in table. 6.
According to the table, the weight of the gutted carcass in the experimental group is 1665.1 g, which is 91.4 g more than in the control.
2,24%.The slaughter yield of broilers in the experimental group was 69.17%, which was respectively 2.24% higher than the control.
The introduction of a feed additive into the poultry diet did not have a negative effect on the relative weight of some internal organs. At the same time, an increase in the weight of the stomach, liver and heart was observed.
7.The economic efficiency of using activated carbon and phytogenic additives in diets for fattening broiler chickens is presented in Table. 7.
16,2%.It follows from the table that when selling broiler chicken meat, 3,140 rubles were received from the control group, while 3,320 rubles were received from the experimental group. The profitability level for the experimental group was 16.2%.
As a result of the research, the following conclusions can be drawn:
The inclusion of a feed additive in the feed of broiler chickens contributed to an increase in live weight gain. Thus, at 40 days of age, the live weight of chickens in the experimental group was higher by 55.9 g (or 2.4%) compared to the control.
The use of an extruded feed additive in the diet of broiler chickens had a positive effect on the chemical composition of muscle tissue, which is associated with better digestibility of nutrients in the birds of the experimental groups.
Уровень рентабельности производства мяса цыплят при применении добавки составил 16,2%), тогда как в контрольной группе - 12,5%.The introduction of an extruded feed additive into the feed of broiler chickens is economically feasible. The level of profitability of chicken meat production when using the additive was 16.2%), while in the control group it was 12.5%.
