Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of metallurgy and can be used in the production of steels intended for the manufacture of various metal structures that are subject to increased requirements for fire resistance.
ст., а раскисление металла осуществляют в три стадии [Патент RU № 2469117, C22C1/02, C22C38/18, 2012].There is a known method for smelting carbon-free heat-resistant steel, according to which charge materials are loaded into a vacuum induction furnace, melted, and the metal is kept under vacuum for 20-30 minutes at a temperature exceeding the liquidus temperature of the metal by 150-170°C at a pressure of 5⋅10 -3 - 1⋅10 -2 mmHg, injection of inert gas, wherein deoxidizers and highly reactive alloying additives are introduced after reducing the temperature to values exceeding the liquidus temperature by 100-110°C in an inert gas atmosphere at a pressure of 70-250 mmHg. Art., and metal deoxidation is carried out in three stages [Patent RU No. 2469117, C22C1/02, C22C38/18, 2012].
The disadvantage of this method is the high cost of the chemical compositions of the class of steels under consideration for use in the mass construction of buildings and structures from metal structures.
Известен способ выплавки высокохромистых сталей и сплавов в открытых индукционных печах, согласно которому осуществляют завалку шихты, ее расплавление, введение в печь шлакообразующих материалов, предварительное раскисление, легирование расплава, усвоение легирующих компонентов, окончательное раскисление, скачивание шлака и разливку в ковш, при этом в конце легирования после усвоения легирующих компонентов при температуре расплава не выше 1600°С одновременно порциями вводят хром и легирующие компоненты, повышающие растворимость азота в железе, и после их усвоения за время 5-7 минут проводят окончательное раскисление, скачивание шлака и разливку в ковш, причем после введения каждой порции на расплав дополнительно подают шлакообразующую смесь в количестве 1-3% от массы порции [Патент RU № 2630101, C22C38/18, F27B14/00, 2017].There is a known method for smelting high-chromium steels and alloys in open induction furnaces, according to which the charge is filled, melted, slag-forming materials are introduced into the furnace, preliminary deoxidation, melt alloying, assimilation of alloying components, final deoxidation, slag downloading and pouring into the ladle, while at the end of alloying, after assimilation of the alloying components at a melt temperature not higher than 1600°C, chromium and alloying components are simultaneously introduced in portions, increasing the solubility of nitrogen in iron, and after their assimilation, final deoxidation is carried out within 5-7 minutes, the slag is downloaded and poured into the ladle, and after introducing each portion, a slag-forming mixture is additionally fed to the melt in an amount of 1-3% by weight of the portion [Patent RU No. 2630101, C22C38/18, F27B14/00, 2017].
The disadvantage of this method is also the high cost of high-chromium steel grades for use in the mass construction of buildings and structures from metal structures, as well as restrictions on the weldability of these steels. Another disadvantage is smelting in open furnaces, which does not allow obtaining the required purity of steel for non-metallic inclusions.
%: C = 0,06-0,20; Mn = 0,5-1,6; Si = 0,15-0,6; V = 0,03-0,20; Nb = 0,01-0,04; Al = 0,01-0,10; Ti = 0,005-0,05; Мо = 0,02-0,50; Cr = 0,10-0,30; Ni = 0,10-0,30; N = 0,005-0,012; S = 0,001-0,020; P = 0,005-0,025 остальное железо [Патент RU № 2183222, B21DВ1/46, C21D8/02, 2002].The closest in its technical essence to the proposed invention is a method for the production of low-alloy rolled strip with increased fire resistance, which includes smelting low-alloy low-carbon steel of a given chemical composition in a steel-smelting unit, microalloying the metal with titanium and aluminum, out-of-furnace processing in a ladle, obtaining a continuously cast billet, austenitizing the resulting workpieces, rough rolling to the thickness of the intermediate strip, finishing rolling with a regulated temperature at the end of rolling and laminar cooling with water to the temperature of winding into a roll. For the production of rolled strips, steel of the following chemical composition, wt., is used. %: C = 0.06-0.20; Mn = 0.5-1.6; Si = 0.15-0.6; V = 0.03-0.20; Nb = 0.01-0.04; Al = 0.01-0.10; Ti = 0.005-0.05; Mo = 0.02-0.50; Cr = 0.10-0.30; Ni = 0.10-0.30; N = 0.005-0.012; S = 0.001-0.020; P = 0.005-0.025 rest iron [RU Patent No. 2183222, B21DB1/46, C21D8/02, 2002].
The disadvantage of this method is the lack of stability in obtaining rolled products with a high degree of purity based on non-metallic inclusions, which may not guarantee the impact strength of fire-resistant rolled products at critical test temperatures of -60°C.

Low content of non-metallic inclusions (no more than 2.5 points according to average values) and improved quality of the macrostructure (axial chemical heterogeneity (ACH) no more than 2 points; point heterogeneity (PH) no more than 2 points) can be achieved in fire-resistant steel the required set of strength and plastic properties at room temperature, the required set of strength properties at elevated test temperatures (600°C), as well as high values of impact strength of rolled products with a V-shaped notch throughout the entire test temperature range from +25°C to -60° WITH.
Указанный технический результат достигается тем, что способ производства огнестойкой стали, включающий выплавку стали в сталеплавильном агрегате, ее выпуск, внепечную обработку и разливку, характеризуется тем, что выпуск стали из сталеплавильного агрегата в сталь-ковш осуществляют при температуре не менее 1620 °С в течение не менее 3 мин, во время выпуска присаживают кальцийсодержащие шлакообразующие материалы в количестве не менее 7,0 кг/т стали, во время внепечной обработки осуществляют продувку стали нейтральным газом в течение не менее 20 мин, с обеспечением длительности промывочного периода не менее 5 мин, осуществляют непрерывную разливку стали на заготовки с поддержанием температуры в промежуточном ковше выше температуры ликвидуса на 10 - 45 °С, при этом заготовку получают из стали, содержащей, в мас.%:The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that the method of producing fire-resistant steel, including the smelting of steel in a steel-smelting unit, its release, out-of-furnace processing and casting, is characterized by the fact that the release of steel from the steel-smelting unit into a steel ladle is carried out at a temperature of at least 1620 °C for for at least 3 minutes, during tapping, calcium-containing slag-forming materials are added in an amount of at least 7.0 kg/t of steel, during out-of-furnace processing, the steel is purged with a neutral gas for at least 20 minutes, ensuring a flushing period of at least 5 minutes, carry out continuous casting of steel into billets while maintaining the temperature in the tundish above the liquidus temperature by 10 - 45 ° C, while the billet is produced from steel containing, in wt.%:
During out-of-furnace processing, the steel is vacuumed, during which a holding time at a residual pressure of no more than 0.25 kPa is provided for at least 10 minutes.
During out-of-furnace processing, alloying of steel with titanium-containing materials is carried out no less than 2 minutes after the addition of aluminum-containing materials.
During out-of-furnace processing, calcium-containing wire is introduced into the steel no less than 2 minutes after the addition of titanium-containing materials.

The essence of the invention
A continuously cast billet is smelted and cast with a given chemical composition. The carbon content of low-alloy steel determines its strength characteristics. A carbon content of less than 0.04% is technologically difficult to ensure in a steelmaking process. An increase in carbon content of more than 0.23% leads to the formation of pearlite, an increase in zonal segregation along the thickness of the rolled product, resulting in an increase in strength properties above the required level, a decrease in the impact strength and fire resistance of the rolled strip.
A decrease in manganese content to less than 0.4% leads to a decrease in the yield strength and tensile strength below the permissible limits, because the required effect from solid solution hardening is not achieved and the formation of a microstructure of quasi-polygonal ferrite and bainite is not achieved. At the same time, the manganese content should be limited to Mn < 2.0%, since only up to these values does it contribute to the dissolution of micro-alloying elements in the solid solution, forming dispersed thermally stable particles of carbonitride phases, which contribute to increased fire resistance. The relatively low carbon and manganese content contributes to low carbon equivalent values, i.e. good weldability of rolled products.
Silicon is used in the steelmaking process to deoxidize steel. A reduction in silicon content to less than 0.1% is not desirable from the point of view of steel smelting and casting. An increase in silicon content of more than 1.2% leads to a significant increase in strength properties due to solid solution strengthening, as well as a deterioration in the weldability of rolled products.
A nitrogen content in the chemical composition of more than 0.012% leads to the formation of large particles of titanium nitrides, which adversely affect the impact strength of rolled products.
Aluminum in concentrations up to 0.1% is used for deoxidation and modification of steel. Aluminum binds excess nitrogen into nitrides, reducing its negative impact on the mechanical properties of rolled products. An increase in aluminum by more than 0.1% is impractical from the point of view of the cost of the chemical composition of steel.
Chromium is one of the main elements that forms the required properties of high-strength fire-resistant rolled products. Chromium increases the stability of particles of excess phases of micro-alloying elements when heated, which allows maintaining a high level of strength properties at elevated temperatures. When its content is less than 0.1%, this effect is not achieved, and when its content is more than 1.0%, there is a significant increase in the cost of the chemical composition and a deterioration in weldability.
Alloying with nickel in the range of up to 0.85% helps to increase the impact strength of rolled products at temperatures down to -60°C, and also improves the manufacturability of strip production in hot rolling mills by reducing metal adhesion to the work rolls of the mill. A further increase in nickel content leads to a significant increase in the cost of rolled products.
Alloying with copper up to 0.85% makes it possible to achieve the required level of strength properties due to the effect of solid solution hardening. A further increase in copper content leads to an increase in the cost of the chemical composition and the formation of unfavorable copper particles that affect the impact strength of rolled products.
Sulfur and phosphorus are harmful impurities in this class of steels. A sulfur content of more than 0.011% and phosphorus of more than 0.015% leads to a deterioration in the impact strength of rolled products and its fire resistance, i.e. strength properties at elevated test temperatures.
Vanadium is one of the main elements influencing the properties of high-strength fire-resistant rolled products. The use of element concentrations in the range from 0.003% to 0.2% makes it possible to obtain fire-resistant rolled products of strength classes 355 and 390. The formation of the required properties occurs by increasing the volume fraction of excess vanadium carbide precipitation during the thermomechanical processing of rolled products. Vanadium values less than 0.003% do not allow obtaining the required set of mechanical properties. The use of concentrations greater than 0.2% leads to excessive strength properties of rolled products for the strength classes under consideration.
Химический состав с концентрациями более 0,005% приводит к получению в микроструктуре стали (проката) низкотемпературного бейнита неблагоприятной реечной морфологии для ударной вязкости стали (проката).Boron increases the hardenability of rolled products and the tendency to undergo intermediate transformations during accelerated cooling of rolled products after hot rolling. The use of concentrations up to 0.005% makes it possible to obtain rolled products with the required microstructure of quasi-polygonal ferrite and bainite over the entire thickness range. Chemical composition with concentrations of more than 0.005% leads to the formation of low-temperature bainite in the microstructure of steel (rolled steel), which has a lath morphology unfavorable for the impact toughness of steel (rolled steel).
Titanium is necessary to obtain the strength properties of fire-resistant rolled products both at room and at elevated temperatures due to dispersed precipitation of titanium nitride and carbide during thermomechanical processing. Titanium is also used to bind nitrogen into nitrides. Titanium nitride particles prevent the growth of austenite grains during heating; during the welding process in the manufacture of building metal structures, they do not dissolve and soften the weld zone. Titanium values of less than 0.001% can only be obtained by using special ferroalloys, which leads to a significant increase in the cost of the chemical composition. The use of titanium concentrations of more than 0.05% is impractical due to the formation of large particles of titanium nitrides formed during the casting of steel and affecting the impact strength of rolled products.
390.Niobium is used in this class of steels to control the recrystallization of austenite during hot rolling, as well as to obtain mechanical properties due to fine precipitation during cooling of the rolled product after hot rolling. Niobium values of less than 0.003% can only be obtained by using special ferroalloys and ores, which leads to a significant increase in the cost of the chemical composition. Niobium concentrations of more than 0.15% lead to an unfavorable increase in strength properties for rolled products of classes 355 and 390.
Molybdenum in concentrations up to 0.55% plays a significant role in stabilizing fine particles of micro-alloying elements, such as titanium carbides, vanadium and niobium carbonitrides, when heated to test temperatures for fire-resistant rolled products.
The temperature at which steel is released from a steel-smelting unit must be at least 1620°C. A tapping temperature of less than 1620°C will not allow further out-of-furnace processing of steel.
The duration of steel production from a steel-smelting unit for less than 3 minutes does not allow the complete dissolution of ferroalloys and slag-forming materials, which complicates the subsequent out-of-furnace processing of steel and leads to an increase in the content of non-metallic inclusions and a deterioration in the quality of the macrostructure.
The consumption of calcium-containing slag-forming materials in an amount of at least 7 kg/t is due to the need for steel desulfurization. If calcium-containing slag-forming materials are consumed in smaller quantities, the sulfur content in steel will be higher than the permissible value.
Blowing the steel with a neutral gas (argon) for less than 20 minutes does not allow desulfurization of the steel and averaging of its chemical composition. A washing period of less than 5 minutes does not allow complete removal of non-metallic inclusions from steel.
2,5.Overheating of the metal above the liquidus temperature of less than 10 °C leads to the tightening of the steel-pouring nozzle and does not allow steel to be cast. Overheating steel to more than 45 °C leads to an increase in the content of non-metallic inclusions and does not allow their score to be less than 2.5.
A casting speed of less than 0.55 m/min and more than 1.4 m/min does not allow obtaining a continuously cast billet of the required quality in terms of macrostructure.
Evacuation of steel at a residual pressure of more than 0.25 kPa for less than 10 minutes, in some cases, can lead to the impossibility of removing gases and non-metallic inclusions dissolved in the steel.
Alloying steel with titanium-containing materials less than 2 minutes after adding aluminum-containing materials leads to the formation of large, difficult-to-remove non-metallic inclusions.
The introduction of calcium-containing wire into steel less than 2 minutes after the addition of titanium-containing materials leads to the formation of large non-metallic inclusions that are difficult to remove from the steel.
