Abstract
Description
The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to industrial poultry, more specifically to growing birds, and more specifically to fodder production, where sapropel and compositions based on it are used in the preparation of feed additives for poultry, in particular for broilers.
Recently, poultry farming in the Russian Federation has been developing commensurate with global trends and is based on the use of modern highly productive poultry crosses, advances in feeding and keeping technology. Currently, scientists are looking for ways to fully feed poultry, balanced in energy and protein, vitamins, macro-microelements, through the rational use of cheaper traditional and non-traditional feeds and feed additives. The success of broiler growing largely depends on the usefulness of the feed.
It is known that when keeping animals and birds under industrial conditions, they are introduced into the diet feed additives with trace elements.
27.01.2009. №3).It is known to use sapropel in liquid and dehydrated form in preparing food for animals when granulating it in a mixture with grass flour, coniferous paw and dried berries and herbs. Sapropel is added up to 30% by weight of dry food (see A.M. Emelyanov, V.V. Kotomtsev, F.M.Sbrodov. Bioelements in the diet of birds, 2002, S. 66-124 and RF Patent No. 2344620, A23K 1/16, published January 27, 2009, Bull. No. 3).
With the good quality of the feed obtained with this method, the disadvantage is that sapropel is used as a binder in an amount up to 30%, which reduces its role as a feed additive and a source of trace elements, and the cost of such feed is high due to the high cost of dry plant components mixtures, the production of which is limited due to the high energy consumption for drying the plant mass.
Feed additives are also known that contain sapropel and cyolites of various deposits in the ratio of sapropel: cyiolite - from 99: 1 to 1:99 (RU No. 2088109, 08/27/1997, 4 pp.), And also from 1.25: 1 to 1: 5.2 (RU 2096970, 11.27.1997, 4 pp.) Or clinoptilolite (a variety of cyolites) 66-68% and sapropel 32-34% (RU No. 2077850, 04/27/97, 4 pp.), While the cyolites , including clinoptilolite, are sorbents and are rich in microelements, as a result of which the resulting feed has high feed value with good efficiency and low cost of manufacturing such feed additives, representing The composition of natural compounds, their drawbacks is their limited use, since the kholitol and clinoptilolite-containing cytolithic tuff of the Kholinsky deposit, used in additives, increase the cost of the product during transportation over long distances, and the deposits are located in the Transbaikal region or other areas at a considerable distance from the areas of intensive poultry farming and animal husbandry.
There is a known method of preparing sapropel for use in poultry and animal feed, including granulating and drying sapropel, in which the sapropel of Lake Moltaevo is mixed with expanded vermiculite, while the ratio of sapropel to expanded vermiculite in the mixture is from 10: 1 to 5: 1 by the mass, and drying is carried out when the mixture is heated to not more than 70 ° C, and for mixing use the settled or squeezed sapropel of the lake "Moltaevo" with a moisture content of 86 to 80% (see RF Patent No. 22179786, A23K 1/00, publ. 27.12. 2003, Bull. No. 36). The disadvantage of this method is the use of sapropel Lake "Moltaevo", on the basis of which there is no industrial production of sapropel.
Такую форму и состав кормовой добавки назвали Сапроверм «Энергия Еткуля» (Сапроверм).There are also known methods of introducing into the diet of animals the sapropel of Lake Orenburg in the Etkul region of the Chelyabinsk region, using it in the form of granules with a diameter of 0.4-0.6 cm in a dusted shell of expanded vermiculite 0.3-0.5 mm thick. Granules are fed to dry cows at a dose of 0.90-1.00 g per 1 kg of live weight per head per day in a mixture with concentrated feed for 14-16 days, then a break of 14-16 days is taken. The use of the invention makes it easier to proceed with childbirth, reduce the duration of service and inter-hotel periods, improve the reproductive capacity coefficient (see RF Patent No. 2475040 Method for increasing the milk production of cattle and Method for increasing the reproductive capacity of cows, RF Patent No. 2583630 A23K 40/10, publ. 05/10/2016.). The additive is produced on an industrial scale. At the final stage of production, pellets with a diameter of 0.4-0.6 cm are molded, which is not suitable for broilers. This form and composition of the feed additive was called Saproverm "Energy Etkulya" (Saproverm).
The disadvantage of these methods is that, due to the large size of the granules, earlier Saproverm “Energy Etkul” was used only when feeding cows and calves to increase productivity, which limits its use and is not recommended for birds.
The objective of the invention is the expansion of the range of feed additives for broilers of the Ural region, including sapropel and vermiculite with the possibility of introducing a guaranteed amount of vitamins, antibiotics into broilers feed according to the premix recipe for the corresponding category of birds in both industrial production and on farm and personal farms, with a final increase in income and weight gain, which does not require large material costs and changes in feeding and maintenance technology, but allows you to adjust the balance of micro elements in the body of birds with an increase in their immunity with a finite increase in income and weight gain.
The problem is solved in that broiler chickens are fed a mineral feed supplement, including sapropel and vermiculite in the form of Etkul Energy Saproverm, crushed and sifted, and the drug is introduced during feeding in the amount of 2.5-5% by weight of the feed, while using the product is manufactured by SAPRO organics, produced by the company NPO Organika LLC and the raw materials processor GAZ CJSC in the Chelyabinsk region, and the drug is administered dry in the feed by mixing, while the crushed Saproverm is introduced from day 14 of broiler Epers before slaughter, and Saproverm is used in the form of sieved crushed granules 1-3 mm in size depending on the feeding period. Moreover, in the period of 14-21 days, granules of 1-2 mm in size are used. Moreover, in Saproverm sapropel use deposits of Lake Orenburg in the Etkul district of the Chelyabinsk region, and expanded vermiculite of the Potaninsky field
Saproverm mineral feed additive belongs to biologically active feed substances (BAS), and its base - sapropel - was originally used in its pure form. The drug is an environmentally friendly product, harmless to humans and animals, does not have a negative effect on the skin and does not irritate the mucous membranes, it is not combustible and not explosive, highly effective at low concentrations.
Baigildina. Productivity of young Simmental breed against the background of the use of natural minerals). The main application of Saproverm is its use in crop production and gardening as organomineral fertilizers. Saproverm is manufactured according to TU 9296-003-94744244-2010. Sapropel is produced according to TU 9296-002-94744244-2007, s. Etkul, Etkul district, Chelyabinsk region, approved on August 16, 2010
The instructions for use of Saproverm do not provide for the use of the drug for broilers in a predetermined ratio according to the proposed scheme, which is the use of a well-known drug for a new purpose.
The novelty of the method is that the Saproverm drug is used for a new purpose from the age of 14 days to broiler chickens in doses of 2.5-5% of the mass of feed, introducing it into the feed in dry form with stirring at a granule size of 1-3 mm for feeding periods.
The method is as follows: in the feed house of the poultry farm, when preparing feed for broilers, Saproverm is administered dry by mixing from 14 days of age for 22-28 days daily. The introduction of the drug in an amount of 2.5-5% practically does not violate the physical properties of the feed (density, viscosity) and does not change the feeding processes at the cellular content with the adopted feeding system, without causing any undesirable reaction in chickens actively drinking such food.
1, 2).In the control variant of the experiment, dry Sapropel in its pure form is used as a source of biologically active substances. The developed recipe for sapropel feed additive Saproverm "Etkulya Energy", consisting of 79% sapropel lake. Orenburg, Etkul district of Chelyabinsk region and 21% of expanded vermiculite, is produced industrially. Considering that the main component of the feed additive is sapropel, its nutritional value and chemical composition for the control experiments were studied (Tables 1, 2).
After conducting literature and patent searches, laboratory studies and theoretical justification of the doses, sizes, terms and periods of the introduction of the Saproverm drug into chickens, search and production physiological experiments were carried out to practically confirm and justify the proposed method. The studies were conducted in the production conditions of Urakhoz Uralets OJSC in the Sverdlovsk Region. Laboratory studies were conducted at the Ural Scientific Research Veterinary Institute Federal State Budget Scientific Institution.
500).Object of study - chickens of highly productive crosses (cross cobb-500).
For the study, five groups of chickens were selected: the control group - 30 goals and the experimental groups - 30 goals, on the basis of analogues. A complete clinical study, hematological and biochemical blood tests were performed in chickens of all groups before the start of the experiment and after the end of the feeding of feed mineral supplements.
Chickens of the experimental groups were fed supplements of 2.5-5%, with compound feed for 22-28 days. Chickens in the control group received no additives.
3.The scheme of scientific and industrial experience is presented in table 3.
Chickens in the control group received a basic diet consisting of compound feed; chickens of the first experimental group in addition to the main diet received 2.5% of the feed weight dried sapropel; the second experimental group - 5% sapropel, the third experimental group - 2.5% Saproverma, the fourth experimental group - 5% Saproverma. The accounting period in the experiment lasted up to 42 days. At the same time, from day 14 to day 21, broiler chickens received supplements with a granule size of 1-2 mm.
During the experiment, evaluated:
- продуктивность (привесы), гематологический, биохимический, минеральный и иммунологический статус цыплят:- productivity (gain), hematological, biochemical, mineral and immunological status of chickens:
За время опыта в опытных группах все цыплята оставались клинически здоровыми.- the safety of the livestock,% - was determined by daily accounting with clarification of the causes and calculation as a percentage of the initial livestock for the periods of the study. During the experiment in the experimental groups, all chickens remained clinically healthy.
Chickens of all groups were in the same conditions of detention, in the same room with a cellular content.
The productivity of chickens was estimated by the total number of weight gain, weighted average weight by weighing.
Poultry was weighed every 7 days, starting on the 14th and until withdrawal from rearing. The relative, average daily and absolute increase in live weight was calculated, and the safety of broiler chickens was taken into account.
Введение в рацион цыплят-бройлеров сапропеля и Сапроверма по 2,5% и 5,0% от массы сухого вещества к основному рациону оказало положительное влияние кормовых добавок на увеличение живой массы подопытных птиц особенно в первой и третьей опытных группах (таблица 4).The introduction of sapropel and Saproverm broilers into the diet of 2.5% and 5.0% by weight of dry matter to the main diet had a positive effect of feed additives on increasing the live weight of experimental birds, especially in the first and third experimental groups (table 4).
5.The results of weighing chickens on day 21 showed that the broilers of the experimental groups in live weight differed from the control group in the direction of its increase by 8.5-50.5 g or 1.01-5.97%. The best indicators were in the third experimental group 896 ± 9.7 at P <0.05. At 28 days of age, it was noted that the superiority of the experimental groups became even greater. The live weight of broiler chickens of the experimental 1-3 groups increased compared to the control group by 42.5 g - 147.5 g or 2.95-10.26%. The difference is significant between the control and the third experimental groups at P <0.01 in favor of the experimental group. At 35 days of age, superiority remained with broilers of the experimental groups. So in the first and third experimental groups, live weight increased compared to the control by 6.4 and 8.0%, respectively (P <0.05-0.01). In other experimental groups, the difference in live weight was also in their favor, which may indicate a positive trend in increasing the live weight of chickens when using feed additives at a dose of 5.0% of the dry matter of the feed. Similar data were obtained by weighing the bird at 42 days, which suggests that the addition of sapropel and Saproverm in addition to the main diet can increase the live weight of broiler chickens. The best results were obtained by feeding 2.5% of feed additives from the dry matter of the feed. The calculation results of the absolute increase in live weight of broiler chickens are presented in table 5.
1,6-12,1%.It was found that in all age periods, excluding the second and fourth in the fourth experimental group and the third period in the second experimental group, the absolute growth favorably differed in the direction of increasing the chickens of the experimental groups. In the first age period (14-21 days), the absolute increase in live weight in all experimental groups is higher than the control values by 2.6-14.6%. This trend continued in other periods of growth. For a full growing cycle (42 days), the maximum values of the absolute increase in live weight were in birds of the third experimental group and exceeded the indicators in other groups by 1.6-12.1%.
Considering changes in the absolute increase in live weight within groups, it should be noted that the chickens did not grow uniformly. If in the control and the first experimental group there was a constant increase in absolute growth over growth periods, then in others it changed. In the fourth group, an increase in the absolute increase in live weight up to 35 days of age with a slowdown in growth from 35 to 42 days was revealed. Giving sapropel in an amount of 2.5% of the dry matter of the feed allows increasing the growth rate, increasing the dose to 5.0% leads to a certain decrease in growth rate, decreasing feed intake with age, and then, as the glandular ventricle is released from sapropel for further increase growth (2 experimental group). The same thing happens in the third experimental group.
The use of Saproverm in an amount of 5.0% of the dry matter of the feed leads to the fact that in the fourth experimental group there is a slight decrease in growth intensity in the period from 21 to 28 days, then after the release of the muscular ventricle there is intensive growth, including due to the positive effect feed additives. Most likely, this is explained, firstly, by the volume of the feed additive and, secondly, by the particle size of this additive, which is clearly seen in the average daily gain in live weight of broiler chickens (table 6). In general, for the period of broiler chickens growing, the best indicators for the absolute increase in live weight were in the experimental groups
Table 6 presents data on average daily gains in live weight.
From the data of table 6 it is seen that broiler chickens from the experimental groups grew better and over the entire period of research had higher rates in average daily weight gain. This superiority ranged from 1.2 g to 9.6 g or 1.5-12.0%. In the age period of 14-21 days, in broiler chickens of all experimental groups, the average daily gain in live weight was higher than in birds of the control group by 0.4-7.5 g. In the period from 21 to 28 days of age, it was also higher in experimental groups. In the third age period, low daily average growth rates were observed in the second experimental group, compared to other groups they were lower by 2.7-12.3 g. During the period from 35 to 42 days of cultivation, the maximum growth was noted in the third experimental group. It should be noted that these were the highest rates for the entire period of studies compared with other experimental groups and periods and amounted to 110.1 ± 0.84. Over the entire period of growing, the average daily gain in live weight was maximum for the birds of the third experimental group; chickens from the first experimental group were somewhat inferior to them by 4.1 g or 4.6%. Within the groups, according to the change in daily average growth, the same regularities were observed as in the absolute increase in live weight.
7.By analyzing the indicator, the rate of growth of birds by periods, we can judge the uniformity of growth and development of chickens. The data are presented in table 7.
7.From the data presented in table 7, it is seen that broiler chickens of all groups growth obeyed one pattern, namely, with age, the growth rate decreases. This is evidenced by the data on the growth rate by periods, presented in table 7.
Изучение химического состава мяса цыплят-бройлеров при убое в возрасте 46 дней показало, что использование сапропеля и Сапроверма привело к его изменению в лучшую сторону (таблица 8).A study of the chemical composition of broiler chicken meat during slaughter at the age of 46 days showed that the use of sapropel and Saproverm led to its change for the better (table 8).
According to table 8, it can be seen that the largest amount of protein in broiler meat was found in the first and third experimental groups. The difference is significant at P <0.01 in favor of the first and third experimental groups relative to both the control and the second and fourth groups, where additives were used at a dose of 5% of the dry matter of the feed. With increasing protein content in meat decreases, but remains significantly more than in chicken meat in the control group. We believe that this is due to the fact that sapropel and Saproverma contain organic acids that are used in the body to build muscle tissue, which leads to an increase in protein in whole chicken meat. The sorption properties of the additives are manifested primarily in the fact that the growth duration of the chickens is increased, due to which there is an increase in muscle tissue and a decrease in fat. The greatest amount of adipose tissue is noted in the control group. The smallest adipose tissue in the meat of chickens from the first and third experimental groups. With an increase in the dose of Saproverm and sapropel, the fat content in meat increases. The difference in the fat content in the meat of broiler chickens is significant at P <0.05 - P <0.01. The ash content in meat was almost at the same level, although a positive tendency to its increase in the first and second experimental groups relative to the control can be noted. In the third experimental group, a significant increase in the ash content was observed relative to all other groups (P <0.05), in the fourth experimental group there was a slight decrease in the ash content compared to other groups. Minerals are key elements in the basic physiological processes, in addition, they are ecotoxicants, the amount of which increases due to human activities. To assess the safety of meat, the elemental composition of broiler chicken meat was studied (table 9). From the data in table 9 it is seen that the meat obtained as a result of a scientific and economic experiment is safe from the point of view of the content of heavy metal salts in it. From table 9 it is seen that the feed additives used are sorbents and improve the mineral nutritional value of the diet for broiler chickens. This leads to some change in the content of individual macro- and microelements in meat.
In all experimental groups, the magnesium content increased compared with the control group. Magnesium is an important catalyst for enzymatic activity, especially enzymes involved in energy production. As a result of the experiment, with the addition of 2.5% sapropel and Saproverm, the manganese content was 0.04 and 0.06 mg / kg, respectively, compared with the control group. Manganese is an antioxidant. The copper content in the test samples is less than in the control group.
Thus, from the foregoing, the following conclusions can be drawn:
- применение кормовых добавок в виде сапропеля и Сапроверма в количестве 2,5-5% оказывает положительное влияние на рост и развитие цыплят-бройлеров;- the use of feed additives in the form of sapropel and Saproverm in the amount of 2.5-5% has a positive effect on the growth and development of broiler chickens;
- интенсивность роста цыплят зависит от вида кормовой добавки и ее количества;- the growth rate of chickens depends on the type of feed additive and its quantity;
- рост цыплят-бройлеров сопровождается закономерными изменениями.- the growth of broiler chickens is accompanied by regular changes.
According to the tables and the results of observations of the chickens of the experimental and control groups, it is clear that, using a feed mineral supplement, the chickens normalize their mineral profile, which positively affects the increase in body resistance and weight gain.
The economic efficiency of the use of feed additives is presented in table 10. Retail price Saproverma 48 rubles. for 5 kg. On average, chicken was fed 4-8 g per day of supplements for 28 days - 113-228 g. Therefore, an additional 1-2.5 rubles was spent. on the chicken.
The calculation of economic efficiency showed a reduction in the cost of 1 kg of growth when using feed additives, which in turn affected the increase in profit compared to the control group in 36 days by 7.37-24.07 rubles. and in 42 days by 9.57-33.27 rubles. A greater increase in profits was observed on 36 and 42 days in the third control group by 24.07 and 33.27 rubles. respectively.
The profitability of growing broiler chickens was higher when grown to 36 days of age compared with the profitability of growing to 42 days of age in all groups. However, it should be noted that in the experimental groups at 36 days of age, it was higher by 9.69-22.85%, and at 42 days of age 9.57-17.72%. The decrease in profitability with age is explained by the redistribution of feed costs for adipose tissue deposition and muscle growth, since it is known that feed costs for adipose tissue deposition are higher than muscle gains.
The cost of growth of 1 kg in the first and third groups is the lowest and amounts to 77.12 and 78.52 rubles. compared with the control of 84.8 rubles., which allows us to recommend the proposed method in production.
