Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of water supply systems and can be used to optimize them according to the criterion of the minimum cost of total costs for the life cycle.
Известен способ управления электродвигателем насоса водоснабжения, включающий замеры напоров в расчетных точках системы водоснабжения, введение замеренных значений напоров в модель системы и изменение подачи воды по результатам моделирования [SU 1260460, МПК Е03В 1/00, 1986 г.].A known method of controlling the electric motor of a water supply pump, including measuring the pressure at the calculated points of the water supply system, introducing the measured pressure values into the model of the system and changing the water supply according to the simulation results [SU 1260460, IPC Е03В 1/00, 1986].
This method is characterized by the following disadvantages, limiting its use in order to optimize the water supply system:
- высокие капитальные затраты, поскольку способ требует установки измерительных датчиков в нескольких точках объекта водоснабжения и дистанционной передачи их показаний в систему управления электропривода;- high capital costs, since the method requires the installation of measuring sensors at several points of the water supply facility and the remote transmission of their readings to the control system of the electric drive;
Кроме того, при незначительном внесении изменений в систему требуется корректировка модели.- low efficiency, since the result of the work depends on the adequacy of the model to a particular water supply facility. In addition, with minor changes to the system, model adjustment is required.
The closest analogue to the claimed method is the "Method of controlling the electric motor of the water supply pump", which consists in measuring the pressure of the water at the pump outlet, comparing the measured pressure with the set value and minimizing the deviation of the measured pressure from the set value by influencing the speed of the pump motor, which differs by the fact that they measure the flow of water and form a predetermined pressure value in the form of the sum of the minimum pressure and a variable component, which is directly dependent on the measurement rennogo flow. There are development options when:
- переменную составляющую заданного значения напора формируют пропорционально измеренному расходу воды;- the variable component of the set pressure value is formed in proportion to the measured water flow;
«Способ управления электродвигателем насоса водоснабжения»).- the proportionality coefficient is defined as the ratio (N max- N min ) / (Q max- Q min ), where N min is the pressure at the pump outlet, providing a comfortable pressure at the dictating point of the object with a minimum water flow equal to Q min , N max - the pressure at the pump outlet, providing a comfortable pressure at the dictating point of the object with a maximum water flow rate equal to Q max (see RF patent No. 2346114 (priority of 06.22.2007) “Method of controlling the electric motor of the water supply pump”).
This method is characterized by high maintenance costs over the life cycle, because:
- им предусмотрено поддержание расчетного напора во всей распределительной сети водоснабжения, ориентируясь только на одну или несколько диктующих точек. При этом, в других точках напор может быть избыточным, что приведет к перерасходу электроэнергии;- it provides for maintaining the design pressure in the entire distribution network of water supply, focusing only on one or more dictating points. At the same time, at other points the pressure may be excessive, which will lead to an excessive consumption of electricity;
- с его применением можно оптимизировать только затраты на оплату электроэнергии без учета затрат на устранение аварий на сетях водоснабжения, которые зависят и от величины расчетного напора.- with its use it is possible to optimize only the cost of paying for electricity without taking into account the cost of eliminating accidents on water supply networks, which also depend on the magnitude of the design pressure.

The problem is solved in that in the known method, namely, that measure the pressure of the water at the pump outlet, compare the measured pressure with the set value and minimize the deviation of the measured pressure from the set value by affecting the speed of the pump motor, in accordance with the present method as a pump, a group of pumps installed in parallel is used, with:

в.с.At step b), k zones with the required pressure p j are allocated in the distribution network, at the entrance to the j zone, j = 1, 2, ..., k, where p 1 > p 2 , p 2 > p 3 , ..., p -1 > p k . In FIG. Figure 1 shows an example of such allocation of k = 4 zones. The first zone (in Fig. 1 indicated by 7) with the required pressure at the entrance to the zone p 1 = 60 m.w. 2.At stage c), the required value of the water pressure at the pump outlet is reduced to H 1 = 43 m.w.s. from the condition of providing the required pressure p 2 = 40 m.w.s at the entrance to the zone j = 2, and determine the costs on the maintenance of the water supply system for the life cycle, where and - costs of investment and operating activities, - the costs of the maintenance of the individual booster pump station / stations for the life cycle, providing increased pressure from p 2 = 40 m.w.s. up to p 1 = 60 m.w.s In this mode, the number of individual booster pumping stations is 4, i.e. the number of consumers in the first zone. Expenses their maintenance over the life cycle are determined similarly to the costs for the maintenance of the pump 1 per life cycle. 2.The calculation results for this mode are shown in the table in FIG. 2.
12.At stage e), a set of k = 5 pairs of values of the costs of maintaining the water supply system for the life cycle is formed: С 0 = 38.43 million rubles, C 1 = 36.38 million rubles, С 2 = 37.2 million rubles, C 3 = 44.66 million rubles, C 4 = 63.21 million rubles. and their corresponding arguments - the required pressure values H 0 = 64 m.w., H 1 = 43 m.w., H 2 = 27 m.w., H 3 = 21 m.w. ., H 4 = 20 m.w.s. water at the pump outlet. Next, determine the function C = ƒ (H), which at points H 0 , H 1 , ..., H 4 takes values that are as close as possible to the values of C 0 , C 1 , ..., C 4 or equal to these values. The results of this step are plotted in FIG. 3. The paired values are shown in FIG. 3 at 11, and the function C = ƒ (H) at 12.
в.с.At the final stage, the set value of the water head at the pump outlet is determined by determining the head H at which the function C = ƒ (H) takes the minimum values at H 0 ≤H≤H k . In FIG. Figure 3 shows the result of such an assessment, from which it can be seen that the pressure N = 43 m.w.s. is optimal
