The disadvantages of this technical solution are the shortage and high cost of the modifier, insufficient increase in the strength of the products.
П. В. И. P. Yadykina V.V. Zavrazhina V.I. Hydrophobization of quartz sand with cationic substances and its effect on the strength of fine-grained concrete // ZhPKh, 1985, No. 6, p.1313-1317).
The disadvantage is the use of scarce raw materials and expensive additives, as well as low rates of product strength.
The technical result is to obtain a fine-grained concrete mixture based on aggregate from local raw materials with increased strength indicators (compression, bending and tension), modulus of elasticity, water absorption, frost resistance and abrasion.
Технический результат достигается за счет способа приготовления мелкозернистой бетонной смеси, включающего предварительную модификацию поверхности заполнителя катионактивной добавкой алкилдиметилбензиламмония хлоридом в количестве 0,1% от массы цемента, при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:The technical result is achieved due to the method of preparing a fine-grained concrete mixture, including preliminary modification of the surface of the aggregate with a cationic additive of alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride in an amount of 0.1% by weight of cement, in the following ratio, wt.%:
2482-008-04706205-2004.To prepare the concrete mixture, Portland cement CVM 1 42.5N is used, which meets the requirements of GOST 10178-85 (various types of Portland cement with AMD can also be used). As a filler, quartz sands of the Chervlenskoye deposit with a particle size of 1.9 and screening from crushing rocks of the Argunskoye deposit of a fraction of 5-10 mm are used. Aggregate modifier cationic additive alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride (ADMAH), is a colorless transparent liquid with a molar mass µ cp = 346-376, TU 2482-008-04706205-2004.
18-20°C.A method of preparing a concrete mixture includes the following operations. Under laboratory conditions, a mixed aggregate (sand / crushing screening = 1/1) of natural moisture in a laboratory concrete mixer was mixed for 10 min with ADMAC in the amount of 0.1% by weight of cement. Next, the required amount of cement and water were added, then the resulting mixture was stirred for another 2 minutes. To conduct experiments in a specially designed mold (height and diameter of 7 cm), a series of cylinder samples were manufactured, which were pressed at a specific pressure of 30 MPa. Before the test, the cylinder samples were kept for 28 days in a humid environment at a temperature of 18–20 ° C.
Studies of the effect of the modified cationic additive ADMAX aggregate on the structure formation processes and the properties of fine-grained concrete showed that when the aggregate is treated with a cationic additive, selectively oriented adsorption of its macromolecules occurs, the polar end group of molecules is positively charged, and therefore it is attracted to a negatively charged silica surface in a neutral or alkaline solution , and at the same time the hydrophobic hydrocarbon chains of the molecules tend to free I of water and join to each other to form a monolayer adsorption in solution, as a result, the surface becomes hydrophobic. This type of adsorption promotes more complete wetting, and, consequently, better penetration of the cement composition into the microrelief of the aggregate, thereby creating favorable conditions for obtaining a strong adhesive contact. It has been established that the use of modified ADMAX aggregate improves the compaction of molding sand, changes the nature of open porosity and increases the strength characteristics of concrete.
The results of the study of the physicomechanical and operational properties of fine-grained concrete using a modified cationic additive ADMAX aggregate are presented in the table.
Thus, the proposed effective compositions using aggregate treated with a cationic additive ADMAX can increase the cubic compressive strength and prismatic strength by about 70%. The value of the static and dynamic modulus of elasticity increased, but not significantly. Tests for frost resistance showed the brand F400 and higher when testing samples using a modified ADMAX aggregate, in samples pressed, but without F200 modifiers. Thus, to create concrete that is most resistant to variable freezing and thawing, it is necessary to use methods for creating directed concrete structures, in particular the use of surfactants. These additives used to process the aggregate are adsorbed on the aggregate grains and hydrated compounds. ADMAX additive chemically interacts with calcium oxide hydrate cement paste. As a result of the reaction, the corresponding calcium salt is formed and molecular hydrogen is released, which is distributed in the form of small bubbles in the hardening cement stone.
The use of modified aggregate treated with ADMAC reduces the open porosity of concrete, which also leads to a decrease in water absorption and increase the water resistance of concrete. Determination of the actual water tightness of pressed concrete showed that the studied concrete compositions withstand a pressure of 0.8-2.0 MPa. The use of modified aggregate and a decrease in initial water content affected the water resistance of the composite. If pressed concrete without modifiers has a water resistance of 0.8-1.2 MPa, then the water resistance of pressed concrete using treated ADMAX aggregate is 1.4-2.0 MPa.
This effect of the modified aggregate on the water resistance of concrete is due to the fact that the adhesion of cement stone to the aggregate increases, which in turn reacts with clinker minerals, forming low-basic calcium hydrosilicates, which reduces the permeability of concrete. Thus, the studied pressed fine-grained concrete has a sufficiently high water resistance.
2.An analysis of the presented results shows that the abrasion of pressed concrete using modified aggregates is significantly lower than that required for road surfaces with heavy traffic (up to 0.5 g / cm). The use of aggregate treated with a cationic additive reduced the attrition of concrete from 0.46 to 0.33 g / cm 2 .
Thus, the use of a filler modified with a cationic additive of alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride in the preparation of fine-grained concrete mixtures positively affects the structure formation processes and increases their physicomechanical and operational properties.
