Description
The invention relates to the field of applied art, in particular to the production of decorative and artistic products.
Известен способ изготовления декоративного изделия, включающий формирование рельефной поверхности на деревянных заготовках (RU 2065811 С1, 27.08.1996).A known method of manufacturing a decorative product, including the formation of a relief surface on wooden blanks (RU 2065811 C1, 08.27.1996).
Наиболее близким аналогом заявленного изобретения является способ изготовления изделия, включающий формирование заготовок (RU 2079416 С1, 20.05.1997).The closest analogue of the claimed invention is a method of manufacturing products, including the formation of blanks (RU 2079416 C1, 05.20.1997).
п.).A common disadvantage of the known methods is the great complexity of manufacturing, the inability to use the obtained products in various atmospheric environments due to their possible damage (for example, during precipitation, soaking, loss of shape, discoloration, etc.) are possible.
The objective of the claimed invention is to eliminate the above disadvantages.
The technical result is the simplification of manufacturing technology and improving the quality of the resulting products due to hardening of the casing and the ability to use them in various atmospheric conditions, as well as improving their appearance.
This is achieved by the fact that in the known method of manufacturing a decorative product, including the formation of blanks according to the invention, blanks are formed by cutting sheets of wear-resistant impact-resistant plastic having thermoplasticity according to previously prepared patterns, after which the resulting blanks are molded on a removable frame (can also be used non-removable frame) and is subjected to heat treatment by moving relative to the workpiece means for heat treatment with the formation on the bottom Kah volumetric relief surface crosslinked and recovered frame received preform to obtain a hard shell article. In addition, on the frame or on the inner side of the casing of the product or in the through holes made therein, bulbs are fixed with the wiring placed on the convex sides or in the folds of the obtained relief volumes. Heat treatment is done manually. Stitching of the workpieces is carried out on the end sides by means of clamps or by ultrasonic welding or heat welding. Light bulbs are mounted on the casing of the product by means of clamps, ultrasonic welding or heat sealing. It is possible to use plastic in various colors.

на фиг.4б - то же, вид сверху.on figb - the same top view.
The positions in the drawings indicate: 1 - a casing of plastic; 2 - removable frame; 3 - electrical wiring; 4 - backlight bulbs; 5 - a clamp for mounting wiring; 6 - non-recoverable frame; 7 - frame stiffener.
The method is as follows.
As a material for a decorative product, sheets of plastic with a thickness of 0.25-1.5 mm are taken, for example, PETG (PET-G, A-PET), polyester, polyvinylchloride (PVC) - (see appendices). These materials have wear resistance, impact resistance, fire resistance, non-hygroscopicity, high resistance to aggressive environmental conditions (temperature range of use from -60 ° C to + 50 ° C), have thermoplasticity. The formation of blanks is carried out by cutting according to previously prepared patterns. The resulting blanks are molded in a cold state or after heating on a removable (2) or non-removable (6) frame by bending the blank and giving it the necessary shape. Further, for example, manually, by means of heat treatment (blowtorch, hair dryer), by moving it as the material melts in different directions along the workpiece, a relief volume surface is formed. The heating temperature of the material during heat treatment is 70-120 ° C, the heating time is 5-15 s, depending on the thickness and type of material used in the manufacture of the casing. Heat treatment can be carried out in a heat chamber. To do this, use the frame installed with the possibility of rotation and changing the linear dimensions. Under the influence of the indicated temperatures, the preform material melted on the frame melts with the formation of reliefs and volumes on its surface. The relief surface provides hardening of the frame obtained by subsequent stitching of the workpieces.
Since plastic has the property of thermoplasticity, under the influence of heat treatment, the material melts, forming a relief volume surface. The relief surface may have different directions and three-dimensional forms (relief), which are determined by the type of product and its decorative purpose. Depending on the type of product, the frame (2, 6) is removed or not removed and the obtained blanks are stitched together at the end sides to obtain a rigid casing (1) of the product. They are mounted on the frame (6) or on the inside of the casing (1) of the bulb product (4) with the electrical wiring (3) connected during operation to the household electrical network, on the convex sides or in the folds of the obtained relief volumes. Stitching of the blanks is carried out by means of clamps (5) or by ultrasonic welding or heat welding. The bulbs (4) are mounted on the frame (6) or on the casing (1) of the product by means of clamps (5) or ultrasonic welding (see figure 1 and figure 2) When using opaque plastic of any color, the bulbs are mounted on the inside of the casing with gluing through holes previously prepared in the casing (see FIG. 3). To obtain large products, the workpieces are assembled and mounted on a previously cut and assembled non-removable frame (6), which can be made of transparent or translucent plastic or metal with an appropriate coating (see figa, b). In this case, the casing (1) and the bulbs (4) are mounted directly on the frame using the above technologies. When using LED bulbs for illumination with a certain connection scheme, maintenance of electrical wiring is practically not required. For illumination it is possible to use bulbs with controllers. It is also possible to pre-print on plastic (before cutting and forming a relief) decorative transparent and opaque images (decor, brands, full-color printing) or subsequent coloring of products or spraying on them the appropriate coatings (paint, glitter or metal deposition in the chamber). It is also possible to decorate products from the outside with fastening on the casing of decorative products, such as Christmas toys, with glue, etc. In this way, it is possible to obtain various decorative street and interior products, for example lamp shades, abstract figures, artificial Christmas trees and trees, figures of animals, cones, sledges, stars and other figures for the design of streets, parks, estates, etc., modular teams elements (simulating ice and snowy volume), panels and figures for mounting on the wall of houses, for the manufacture of exhibition stands, interior partitions, etc. Due to the relief volume surface and transparency of the material, in the presence of at least one external or internal (for the lamp shade) light source, or due to the bulbs fixed on the inside of the obtained product or on its casing, infinite curved relief volume surfaces of the product casing are formed a lot of reflections (glare in the form of dots), which improves the appearance and decorative properties of the product. The proposed manufacturing technology will allow to obtain inexpensive shockproof, durable, lightweight, fireproof, non-hygroscopic, with high resistance to aggressive environmental conditions (for outdoor use), decorative products of high quality and attractive appearance using available materials. In addition, the manufacturing technology is simple and may not require special equipment, since plastic is easy to cut and has high ductility and strength, which allows you to give products a variety of shapes when forming the product.
