The method includes the step-wise neutralization in reactors of ammonia with nitric acid with the addition of phosphoric acid in an amount of 2-6% in terms of P 2 O 5 by weight of fertilizer and sulfuric acid, evaporation of the neutralized solution and granulation of the product. At the same time receive fertilizer with a ratio of nutrients, parts by weight: nitrogen 32-34; phosphorus pentoxide 2-6.
The disadvantage of this method is to obtain a product with increased dust during its granulation, transportation to a warehouse and packaging.
An object of the present invention is to remedy this drawback.
The problem is solved as follows.
2-6.In a method for producing a complex nitrogen-phosphorus fertilizer based on ammonium nitrate, comprising stepwise neutralization of nitric acid in an ammonia reactor with the addition of phosphoric acid in an amount of 2-6% in terms of P 2 O 5 by weight of the fertilizer, evaporation of the neutralized solution and granulation of the product, according to The invention at the first stage of neutralization serves a solution of aluminum sulfate in an amount of 3.5-10.5 kg of aluminum sulfate per 1 t P 2 About 5 in the fertilizer. The ratio of nutrients in the resulting fertilizer remains the same as in the known method, namely, parts by weight: nitrogen 32-34; phosphorus pentoxide 2-6.
Example
The experiments are carried out on an industrial unit for producing ammonium nitrate AS-72. 31.55 t / h of 58% (hereinafter weight percent) nitric acid, 1.92 t / h of phosphoric acid with a concentration of Р 2 О 5 52.0%, 5.07 t / h are supplied to the neutralizing reactor ammonia and 3.5-10.5 kg of aluminum sulfate per 1 ton of introduced P 2 O 5 in the form of an aqueous solution with a concentration of 5 g / l. The solution of aluminum sulfate is introduced into the separation part of the reactor-converter of the first stage. The residual acidity in said neutralizing reactor is maintained at 20 g / l in terms of nitric acid. The reaction mass from the neutralizing reactor is sent to the second stage of neutralization, which also serves 0.1 t / h of ammonia. The neutralized solution is evaporated in an evaporator to a water content of 0.15%, and after control de-neutralization with ammonia at a flow rate of 0.3 t / h, it is sent to granulation. In control experiments (on the prototype) instead of aluminum sulfate, sulfuric acid is used, which is introduced into the second stage of neutralization in an amount of 0.25 t / h, ammonia in an amount of 0.18 t / h is also introduced there. A number of control experiments are carried out without sulfate additives. In the experiments according to the invention, the supply of phosphoric acid is varied in the range of 0.96-2.88 t / h, respectively changing the flow rate of nitric acid. Get 25 t / h of the target product with the following ratio of nutrients, parts by weight:
Nitrogen - 32-34
Phosphorus pentoxide - 2-6
When conducting experiments record dust formation at the stages of granulation, transportation and packaging of the target product. The total dust formation is, kg per 1 ton of the target product:
Work without input of sulfates - 24
Work with the input of sulfuric acid (prototype) - 24
Work with input of aluminum sulfate - 12
The content of chemical components in the fertilizer obtained by the proposed method is in the range,%:
Ammonium Nitrate - 89.5-95.5
Monoammonium phosphate - 3.3-9.7
Aluminum sulfate - 0.007-0.063
Thus, the inventive method allows to obtain complex nitrogen-phosphorus mineral fertilizer with a nitrogen content of 32-34% and phosphorus pentoxide in a water-soluble form of 2-6%, satisfying the needs of agricultural producers.
The advantage of the proposed method is to obtain a product with reduced dust during its granulation, transportation to the warehouse and packaging.
