Known complex nitrogen-phosphorus mineral fertilizer containing ammonium nitrate with a phosphate-sulfate additive in the form of ammonium salts, which contains nutrients in the ratio (wt.%):

[patent RU 2174970, class C 05 C 1/00, C 05 G 1/06, op. October 20, 2001].
In the known fertilizer, an increased nitrogen content is provided by increasing the content of ammonium nitrate in the salt composition of the fertilizer and is 92.5 ± 3.0 wt.%, Which entails an increased fire and explosion hazard.
277-281].It is known to obtain a complex nitrogen-phosphorus mineral fertilizer by nitric sulfate decomposition of natural phosphates, the subsequent neutralization of the resulting pulp with ammonia, granulation and drying of the fertilizer. The salt composition of the fertilizer includes ammonium nitrate, calcium hydrogen phosphate, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, hemihydrate calcium sulfate, and the nutrient content is in wt. %: N - 11.4; P 2 O 5 - 11.5 ÷ 17.2. The fertilizer has a low nitrogen content and an agrochemically ineffective ratio of nitrogen to phosphorus [V.V. Babkin, A.A. Brodsky "Phosphate fertilizers." M., Margus, 1995, p. 277-281].
The objective of the present invention is to obtain a complex nitrogen-phosphorus fertilizer having reduced fire and explosion hazard, increased pellet strength, low caking with a high nitrogen content and maintaining the agrochemical effectiveness of the fertilizer.
The problem is realized in that the complex nitrogen-phosphorus fertilizer includes ammonium nitrate, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, calcium hydrogen phosphate, hemihydrate calcium sulfate in the following ratio in wt.%:
Ammonium Nitrate - 75 ± 7
Ammonium dihydrogen phosphate - 3 ± 1
Calcium hydrogen phosphate - 8 ± 3
Calcium sulfate hemihydrate - 14 ± 4,
while the content of nutrients is in wt.%:
Nitrogen - 24 - 29
Phosphorus Pentoxide - 4 - 8
The objective is also achieved by a method for producing a complex nitrogen-phosphorus fertilizer, including decomposition of an apatite concentrate with nitric and sulfuric acids, neutralization of the pulp with ammonia, followed by granulation and drying of the product, in which the pulp is neutralized by introducing a solution of ammonium nitrate in the pulp with a concentration of at least 70 wt.% taken in the amount of 420-690 kg in terms of dry matter per 1 ton of the target product, and when reaching pH 3.3, neutralization to pH 4.0 ÷ 6.0 is carried out with a gradual decrease in the feed rate of ammonia.
The decomposition of apatite concentrate is carried out in two stages, with the first of them nitric acid with a concentration of 55-57 wt.% For 1-2.5 hours at 45-55 o C, and the second with sulfuric acid with a concentration of not less 92 wt.% For 1-2 hours at 60-80 o C.
Granulation and drying of the target product is carried out in a spherodizer with a temperature of the drying agent at the inlet up to 180 o C and at the outlet 70-80 o C, respectively.
The decomposition of apatite concentrate with nitric and sulfuric acids is carried out without subsequent separation of calcium ballast salts from the reaction mixture.
The invention is implemented as follows.
1. Example 1
Apatite flotation concentrate with a content of P 2 O 5 - 39 wt.% In the amount of 1540 kg / h is fed for decomposition into the first reactor along the block of 13 reactors, 2450 kg / h of nitric acid with a concentration of 55 wt. %, while in the first and second reactors at 50 o C for 1.5 hours there is a decomposition of apatite with nitric acid. In the third downstream reactor, 980 kg / h of sulfuric acid with a concentration of 92 wt.% Are fed. In 3 and 4 reactors, apatite is further decomposed and Ca ++ is bound by sulfuric acid at 60-80 o C for 1.5 hours. Moreover, after the stage of decomposition of apatite with sulfuric acid, the release of ballast salts, including calcium sulfates from the reaction mixture, is not performed.
In reactors 5 to 13, ammonia is pulp ammoniated.
