Abstract
Description
The invention relates to methods for the regeneration of solvents in the process of deasphalting heavy oil residues with liquefied low molecular weight alkanes and can be used in the oil refining industry.
Known [RF patent 2032705, class. C 10 G 21/28, 1995] a method for the regeneration of solvents in the process of tar cleaning by sequentially distilling off a non-polar solvent (propane and / or isobutane) from the asphalt solution and returning the regenerated solvent to the cleaning process.
Т. Known [Brazhnikov V.T. Modern installations for the production of lubricating oils. M .: Gostekhizdat, 1959, p. 42-44] a method for regenerating a solvent by a multi-stage increase in temperature and a decrease in pressure in tubular steam evaporators, followed by stripping of the solvent in a stripping column.
A disadvantage of the known methods are the high energy intensity, as well as the low efficiency of the separation of solutions.
The closest solution to the technical nature and the results achieved is a method of deasphalting tar (residue of vacuum distillation of fuel oil) with propane [Refinery Handbook. L.: Chemistry, 1986, p. 199-206] with the production of deasphalting agent (raw materials for the production of residual base oil oils) and asphalt (used as a component of boiler fuel or as raw material for bitumen plants). According to this method, the tar is heated in a preheater and fed to the upper part of the extraction column, and the heated liquefied propane is fed to its lower part. A solution of deasphalting agent is removed from the top of the extraction column, and an asphalt solution is from the bottom. The asphalt solution is heated to a temperature of 210 o C, enters the column, where propane is separated when the pressure drops to 1.75 MPa. To prevent asphalt entrainment, the temperature of the top of the column is maintained by supplying liquid propane, the evaporation of which decreases the temperature of the top of the column. Asphalt with propane residues enters the stripping column, from the bottom of which asphalt containing no propane is removed from the unit.
The disadvantage of the method adopted for the prototype is the increased energy consumption at the stage of regeneration of propane.
The aim of the invention is to reduce energy consumption during the recovery of propane from a solution of asphalt.
The goal is achieved by the method according to which the recovery of propane from the asphalt solution is carried out by heating it to 80-90 o C and subsequent evaporation of a portion of propane (50-88 wt.%) While lowering the pressure in the intermediate tank to 2-3 MPa. A solution of asphalt from the bottom of the intermediate tank after additional heating to a temperature of at least 210 o C is fed to the regeneration column to remove the remaining propane when the pressure is reduced to 1.75 MPa. Propane, distilled at the first pressure drop to 2-3 MPa, is supplied as an irrigation column regeneration of the remaining propane from the asphalt solution.
An essential distinguishing feature of the proposed method compared to the method adopted for the prototype is that part of the propane (50-88 wt.%) Evaporates by intermediate pressure reduction to 2-3 MPa at a lower temperature of 80-90 o C, and the remaining part of the propane is regenerated by further heating the asphalt solution and lowering the pressure in the regeneration column, and propane, distilled off at the first pressure drop to 2-3 MPa, is used as an irrigation column for the recovery of the remaining propane from the asphalt solution.
Thus, the claimed method meets the criteria of the invention of "novelty."
Асфальт с низа колонны К-1 поступает в отпарную колонну К-2.The essence of the method is illustrated by the diagram shown in the drawing. The asphalt solution coming from the bottom of the EK-1 asphalt deheater is heated in a T-1 heat exchanger to a temperature of 80-90 o C and sent to the E-1 tank, where part of the propane evaporates when the pressure drops to 2-3 MPa (50-88 wt. %). The asphalt solution from the bottom of the E-1 tank is heated in a T-2 heat exchanger to a temperature of at least 210 o C and is sent to the bottom of the K-1 column to remove the solvent. The solvent from the top of the tank E-1 is fed into the upper part of the K-1 column to maintain its top temperature not more than 110 o C. This allows to reduce or eliminate the amount of liquid solvent supplied to the K-1 column to maintain its top temperature, and thereby reduce the load on air coolers XB-1 compared to the prototype. The decrease in the amount of asphalt solution supplied to the T-2 heat exchanger from the bottom of the intermediate solvent evaporation tank, allows to reduce the energy consumption for its heating in this T-2 heat exchanger compared to the prototype. Asphalt from the bottom of the K-1 column enters the stripping column K-2.
Analysis of known technical solutions for deasphalting methods of oil residues allows us to conclude that there are no signs in them that are similar to the essential distinguishing features of the claimed method, that is, the compliance of the proposed method with the requirements of an inventive step.
The advantages of the proposed method are shown in the examples below.
Example 1 (prototype).
Raw materials - tar obtained from a mixture of eastern oils (conditional viscosity at 80 o C 72 sec, up to 500 o C boils 16 wt.%), Sent to the top of the contactor in the amount of 60 tons. At the bottom of the contactor serves propane heated by steam to a temperature not exceeding 75 o C, in an amount of 150 tons.
As a result of the deasphalting process, two layers are formed in the contactor: the upper layer is a deasphalting solution (contains 127 tons of propane and 15 tons of deasphalting), the lower layer is an asphalt solution (containing 23 tons of propane and 45 tons of asphalt). Asphalt and deasphalting solutions are sent to propane recovery units.
The asphalt solution coming from the bottom of the EK-1 asphalt deheater is heated in the T-1 and T-2 heat exchangers and sent to the bottom of the K-1 column to remove propane. To maintain the temperature of the top of the K-1 column, propane is supplied from the E-2 tank to its upper part in the amount of 12564 kg / h. The propane vapor from the top of K-1 is cooled and condensed in an XB-1 air cooler and sent to the liquid propane tank E-2, from where it is fed to deasphalting and for column irrigation. Technological parameters of the apparatus are shown in table 1. Table 2 shows the costs of evaporation of propane and its condensation and cooling.
2. Example 2
The deasphalting process is carried out according to example 1. The regeneration of propane from a solution of asphalt is carried out according to the scheme shown in the drawing. The asphalt solution coming from the bottom of the EK-1 asphalt deheater is heated in the T-1 heat exchanger and sent to the E-1 tank, where 80% by weight of propane evaporates when the pressure drops to 3.0 MPa. The asphalt solution from the bottom of the E-1 tank is heated in the T-2 heat exchanger and sent to the bottom of the K-1 column to remove propane. Propane from the top of the E-1 tank in the amount of 18434 kg / h is fed to the top of the K-1 column to maintain its top temperature. This allows to exclude the supply of liquid propane from E-2 as irrigation and thereby reduce the load on the air coolers XB-1 in comparison with the prototype. The decrease in the amount of asphalt solution supplied to the T-2 heat exchanger from the bottom of the intermediate propane evaporation tank, allows to reduce the energy consumption for its heating in comparison with the prototype. Asphalt from the bottom of the K-1 column enters the stripping column K-2.
Technological parameters of the apparatus are shown in table 1. Table 2 shows the costs of evaporation of propane and its condensation and cooling.
3. Example 3
The process of tar deasphalting and propane recovery from asphalt solution is carried out according to the scheme according to example 2. Technological parameters of the apparatus are shown in table 1. The amount of evaporated propane in the tank E-1 is 84 wt.%. Irrigation upstream of the K-1 column is supplied in the amount of 19302 kg / h of liquid propane from the top of the E-1 tank. Table 2 shows the costs of evaporation of propane and its condensation and cooling.
4. Example 4
The process of tar deasphalting and recovery of propane from asphalt solution is carried out according to the scheme according to example 2. Technological parameters of the apparatus are shown in table 1. The amount of evaporated propane in the tank E-1 is 88 wt.%. Irrigation upstream of the K-1 column is supplied in the amount of 20176 kg / h of liquid propane from the top of the E-1 tank. Table 2 shows the costs of evaporation of propane and its condensation and cooling.
Lowering the pressure in the E-1 tank to less than 2 MPa leads to a significant increase in the viscosity of the asphalt solution, which in turn reduces its pumpability through pipelines and affects the heat transfer in the T-2 heat exchanger. A comparison of the energy costs of the above options for the scheme for the recovery of propane from an asphalt solution (Table 2) shows that carrying out the recovery of propane from an asphalt solution according to the proposed method (examples 2-4) allows to lower specific energy consumption compared to the known method of regeneration and simplify the deasphalting technology.
