Abstract
Description
The invention relates to medicine, and more particularly to ophthalmology, and can be used in the correction of high myopia in the phakic eye.
Known posterior artificial lens of the eye (IHG) for implantation in the phakic eye during the correction of high myopia, made of biocompatible material containing a lens and a support element having different sizes in two mutually perpendicular planes, while its axis of symmetry passes through the axis of symmetry of the lens, and in the largest plane, the diametrically opposite ends of the peripheral part of the support element are beveled (RU Pat. 2033114). IHG is fixed to the periphery of the anterior surface of the native lens.
However, to increase the dioptricity of the IHG of this design, it is necessary to increase the height of its optical part, which can lead to trauma to the corneal endothelium, and a decrease in height leads to a decrease in the diameter of the optical part, which, in turn, leads to the appearance of double vision with one eye.
The objective of the invention is the creation of IHG for the correction of high myopia in order to reduce postoperative complications by reducing trauma to the surrounding tissues.
1,05-1,15. The technical result is achieved according to the invention in that the ICH containing a lens and a support element having different sizes in two mutually perpendicular planes, while its axis of symmetry passes through the axis of symmetry of the lens, and in the largest plane the diametrically opposite ends of the peripheral part of the support element are beveled, for fixation on zinc bonds, made of biocompatible material impermeable to water vapor, with the possibility of changing zero diopter in the air to negative in the eye fluid, from two lenses of different curvature, the same thickness along the entire length, with zero refraction (meniscus), the periphery of the lenses are connected, forming the IHG support element and a tight cavity between the lenses, the bulges of both lenses are turned towards the cornea, while the first lens is in relation to the cornea is made with a smaller radius of curvature, the shape and dimensions of the periphery of the lenses are the same, and the ratio of the inner radius of the first lens to the outer radius of the second lens is 0.5-0.9, the ratio of the diameters of the surface of the beveled part of the supporting element to its main part is 1.05-1.15.
The authors performed empirically the parameters of ICH performance and are necessary and sufficient to exclude traumatization of the eye tissues surrounding it. The ratio of the inner radius R 3 of the first lens 1 to the outer radius R 4 of the second lens, equal to 0.5-0.9, eliminates trauma to the corneal endothelium in the anterior chamber, and the ratio of the diameters D 1 and D 2 of the placement surface of the beveled part and the main part of the supporting element , equal to 1.05-1.15, allows you to reliably fix IHG by applying them to zinn (zonular) ligaments.
IHG is made of a material impervious to water vapor, for example silicone, acrylic rubber, polyurethane or their copolymers.
The meniscus-shaped cavity formed between two lenses with zero refraction, filled with atmospheric air or inert gas, due to the large difference in the refractive indices of the gas and chamber moisture, makes it possible to obtain a negative lens with high dioptricity at an insignificant height and a large diameter of the optical part in the eye fluid, which, respectively excludes trauma to the corneal endothelium and double vision with one eye.
Nitrogen, cryiton, argon, etc. can be used to fill the sealed cavity.
The invention is illustrated in the drawing, where figure 1 shows a General view of the IHG; figure 2 is a section along aa; figure 3 - scheme of implantation.
