Abstract
Description
д. The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, in particular to the production of cold-rolled isotropic electrical steel used for the manufacture of rotating magnetic circuits of electric motors, generators, etc.
Such steel should have increased magnetic induction in strong fields with its minimum anisotropy and low specific losses.
A known method of producing cold-rolled isotropic steel (USSR Authentication Certificate N 785367, C 21
There is also known a method for producing cold rolled electrical steel, where, by increasing the decarburization temperature, decarburization and high temperature annealing are combined: first, the strip is heated to 760 - 897 o C (low temperature region), then to 940 - 1177 o C (high temperature region) with a total duration of 3, 5 ± 8 min (US patent N 3021237, CL 148-111, publ. 1962). However, experiments showed that on manufactured isotropic silicon steels with additives of 0.1 ± 0.5% Al, this method does not provide the necessary degree of decarburization and the required magnetic properties. Patent SU 158878 3A1 MKL C 21
2412-2413.The closest to the described invention in technical essence and the achieved result is a method for producing cold-rolled isotropic electrical steel alloyed with up to 0.1% phosphorus (USSR author's certificate N 1786134, class C 21
The technical result of the invention is the elimination of normalization processing from technology for steel containing 2.7 - 3.2% Si, 0.03 - 0.08% P. The result is increased ductility, which ensures good processability in subsequent processing. Before cold rolling, the polygonized structure of the hot-rolled metal and a high level of cubic texture, which decreases after normalization, are preserved. In subsequent redistributions, this structure is inherited, and doping with phosphorus makes it possible to obtain a structural-textural state that ensures the preservation of the level of magnetic properties corresponding to the highest grades of steel 2412 - 2413. Elimination of normalization processing is an energy-saving factor that allows to reduce the cost of production.
800 - 820oC.Table 1 shows examples of the effect of various processing schemes (with and without normalization) on ductility and magnetic properties. The normalization temperature was 800 - 820 o C.
Decarburization-recrystallization annealing is carried out at temperatures taking into account the content of silicon and phosphorus.
T = 500 + 172,7[Si,%] - 276 [P,%] ±10oC
An exception to the normalization treatment technology makes it necessary to take into account the chemical composition of steel, primarily silicon and phosphorus, when setting the temperature of decarburization-recrystallization annealing. The content of phosphorus and silicon affects the grain size of steel and the formation of crystallographic texture, which ultimately affects the level of magnetic properties. Therefore, when setting the temperature of decarburization-recrystallization annealing, experiments show that the content of these elements must be taken into account. The temperature is determined from the ratio:
T = 500 + 172.7 [Si,%] - 276 [P,%] ± 10 o C
The formula indicates the content of silicon and phosphorus in weight percent.
The proposed method applies to cold-rolled electrical steel containing silicon in the range of 2.7 - 3.2%, phosphorus - 0.03 - 0.08%.
T = 500 - 172,7 [Si,%] - 276 [P,%] ± 10oC,
Table 2 for the studied steels of different chemical composition presents the lower and upper temperature values of decarburization-recrystallization annealing, obtained by the ratio:
T = 500 - 172.7 [Si,%] - 276 [P,%] ± 10 o C,
as well as magnetic properties for a thickness of 0.5 mm.
Example. Steel containing 3.05% Si and 0.065% P was smelted in an oxygen converter and cast on a continuous slab casting plant to a thickness of 250 mm. After that, hot rolling was carried out on the mill "2000" to a thickness of 2.0 mm Subsequently, the metal was subjected to etching and cold rolling at the mill “1400” to a thickness of 0.5 mm. Decarburization-recrystallization annealing was carried out in a continuous unit at a temperature of 1000-1020 o C taking into account the content of silicon and phosphorus. Then, an electrical insulating coating was applied. In this case, the specific losses were P 1.5 / 50 = 2.99 W / kg, B 2500 = 1.57 T, Δ B = 0.08 T.
