Claims (58)
1. Волокнистый мат для гипсовой панели, содержащий по меньшей мере один слой нетканого материала и связующую композицию, при этом:
- указанная связующая композиция составляет от 10% мас. до 40% мас. от общей массы мата; и
- указанная связующая композиция содержит сополимер, содержащий сомономерное звено сложного винилового эфира альфа-разветвленной алифатической монокарбоновой кислоты, при этом указанный сополимер присутствует в количестве от 25 до 100% мас. от массы связующей композиции.
2. Волокнистый мат по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что указанный сополимер в связующей композиции представляет собой сополимер, полученный из сомономера, который представляет собой сложный виниловый эфир альфа-разветвленной алифатической монокарбоновой кислоты, и сомономера, который представляет собой акрилатный мономер.
3. Волокнистый мат по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что указанный сополимер содержит сомономерное звено сложного винилового эфира альфа-разветвленной алифатической монокарбоновой кислоты, имеющей длину цепи от 5 до 20 атомов углерода.
4. Волокнистый мат по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что указанное сомономерное звено сложного винилового эфира альфа-разветвленной алифатической монокарбоновой кислоты присутствует в указанном сополимере в количестве от 20 до 70% мас..
5. Волокнистый мат по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что:
- указанная связующая композиция составляет от 20 до 30% мас. от общей массы мата;
- указанный сополимер связующей композиции присутствует в связующей композиции в количестве от 40 до 60% мас. от массы связующего; и
- указанный сополимер содержит сомономерное звено сложного винилового эфира альфа-разветвленной алифатической монокарбоновой кислоты, имеющей длину цепи от 7 до 15 атомов углерода, в количестве от 40 до 50% мас. от массы указанного сополимера.
6. Волокнистый мат по любому из пп. 1-5, отличающийся тем, что связующая композиция не содержит или по существу не содержит фторуглеродных соединений и/или формальдегидных соединений.
7. Волокнистый мат по любому из пп. 1-6, отличающийся тем, что:
- указанная связующая композиция составляет от 20 до 30% мас. от общей массы мата; и
- при этом связующая композиция содержит смесь сополимера, содержащего сомономерное звено сложного винилового эфира альфа-разветвленной алифатической монокарбоновой кислоты в количестве от 40 до 60% мас. от массы связующей композиции и акрилового самосшиваемого сополимера в количестве от 60 до 40% мас. от массы связующей композиции.
8. Волокнистый мат по любому из пп. 1-7, отличающийся тем, что связующая композиция дополнительно содержит одну или более добавок, выбранных из списка, состоящего из частиц минерального наполнителя, водостойких агентов, водоотталкивающих агентов, биоцидов, огнезащитных агентов и пигментов.
9. Волокнистый мат по любому из пп. 1-7, отличающийся тем, что связующая композиция дополнительно содержит добавки и не содержит или по существу не содержит минеральный наполнитель.
10. Волокнистый мат по любому из пп. 1-9, отличающийся тем, что указанный нетканый материал содержит волокна, выбранные из списка, состоящего из:
- минеральных волокон, выбранных из списка, состоящего из стеклянных волокон и базальтовых волокон;
- синтетических полимерных волокон, выбранных из списка, состоящего из полиамидных волокон, полиарамидных волокон, полиэтиленовых волокон, полипропиленовых волокон, сложных полиэфирных волокон; и
- органических волокон, которые представляют собой волокна на основе целлюлозы, такие как льняное волокно, древесная пульпа, хлопковые волокна, сизаль, манильская пенька, вискоза, район и/или лиоцелл;
при этом указанные волокна на основе целлюлозы составляют более 25% мас. от массы нетканого материала.
11. Волокнистый мат по п. 10, отличающийся тем, что указанный нетканый материал не содержит или по существу не содержит сложных полиэфирных волокон.
12. Волокнистый мат по п. 10 или 11, отличающийся тем, что указанный нетканый материал содержит волокна, выбранные из минеральных волокон и органических волокон; при этом количество органических волокон варьируется от 40 до 100% мас. от общей массы композиции волокон.
13. Волокнистый мат по любому из пп. 10-12, отличающийся тем, что указанные волокна на основе целлюлозы содержат волокна из мягкой древесины и волокна из твердой древесины, при этом указанные волокна из мягкой древесины составляют от 25 до 85% мас. от общей массы.
14. Волокнистый мат по любому из пп. 10-13, отличающийся тем, что волокна указанного нетканого материала состоят из стеклянных волокон и целлюлозных волокон.
15. Волокнистый мат по любому из пп. 10-14, отличающийся тем, что указанный нетканый материал содержит минеральные волокна со средним диаметром менее 40 мкм.
16. Волокнистый мат по любому из пп. 10-15, отличающийся тем, что указанный нетканый материал содержит смесь волокон на основе целлюлозы, и стеклянных волокон, при этом:
- указанные стеклянные волокна имеют средний диаметр от 6 до 20 мкм; и
- указанные волокна на основе целлюлозы, присутствуют в смеси в количестве от 40 до 85% мас. от общей массы волокон.
17. Волокнистый мат по любому из пп. 1-16, отличающийся тем, что указанный мат имеет две стороны, внутреннюю сторону, которая предназначена для приведения в контакт с гипсовой сердцевиной, и внешнюю сторону, которая предназначена быть обращенной в сторону от гипсовой сердцевины, при этом по меньшей мере на одной стороне мата сформирован рисунок тиснения.
18. Волокнистый мат по п. 17, отличающийся тем, что указанный волокнистый мат имеет определенную шероховатость поверхности Sa на по меньшей мере одной из указанных двух сторон, причем указанная шероховатость поверхности Sa составляет менее 60 мкм.
19. Волокнистый мат по любому из пп. 17-18, отличающийся тем, что шероховатость поверхности внутренней стороны составляет от 10 до 40 мкм, и шероховатость поверхности внешней стороны составляет менее 12 мкм.
20. Волокнистый мат по любому из пп. 1-19, отличающийся тем, что указанный мат содержит два слоя нетканого материала, причем один из указанных двух слоев представляет собой внутренний слой, предназначенный для приведения в контакт с гипсовой сердцевиной, и внешний слой, предназначенный быть обращенным в сторону от указанной гипсовой сердцевины; при этом композиция внутреннего слоя отлична от композиции внешнего слоя.
21. Волокнистый материал по п. 20, отличающийся тем, что внутренний слой содержит смесь органических волокон и минеральных волокон, и указанные волокна присутствуют в смеси в соотношении от 50 до 60% органических волокон и 40-50% минеральных волокон; и/или внешний слой содержит более 90% органических волокон.
22. Волокнистый мат по любому из пп. 1-21, отличающийся тем, что общая плотность волокнистого мата составляет от 80 до 160 г/м2.
23. Волокнистый мат по п. 22, отличающийся тем, что, основываясь на общей массе волокнистого мата, внутренний слой составляет от около 30 до около 120 г/м2, внешний слой составляет от около 10 до около 70 г/м2, и связующая композиция составляет от около 20 до около 60 г/м2.
24. Способ получения волокнистого мата по любому из предшествующих пунктов, включающий этап, на котором пропитывают по меньшей мере один слой нетканого материала водной дисперсией или раствором указанной связующей композиции.
25. Способ по п. 24, включающий этапы, на которых:
- формируют указанный нетканый материал из суспензии волокон на по меньшей мере одной сетке;
- высушивают указанный нетканый материал с получением высушенной сетчатой структуры; и
- пропитывают указанную сетчатую структуру указанным связующим в процессе мокрой выкладки.
26. Гипсовая панель, содержащая гипсовую сердцевину с по меньшей мере одной стороной, покрытой волокнистым матом по любому из пп. 1-24.
27. Гипсовая панель по п. 26, отличающаяся тем, что гипсовая панель дополнительно содержит водостойкий агент, огнезащитный агент, минеральный наполнитель, биоцид и/или пигмент в своей сердцевине и/или в нетканом материале.
28. Гипсовая панель по п. 27, отличающаяся тем, что гипсовая сердцевина содержит:
- по меньшей мере водостойкую добавку в количестве, достаточном для того, чтобы указанная сердцевина поглощала менее, чем около 10%, предпочтительно менее, чем около 5%, более предпочтительно менее, чем около 3% воды при испытании по методу ASTM C-473 и/или по методу EN 520 раздел 5. 9. 2.,
- по меньшей мере огнезащитную добавку в количестве, достаточном для того, чтобы указанная панель достигала класс пожаростойкости по ASTM E-119 и/или C36-95 по меньшей мере около одного часа, и/или
- затвердевший гидратируемый сульфат кальция, полученный из гидратируемого сульфата кальция, имеющего такое распределение частиц по размеру, что после диспергирования в воде:
- d10 составляет от 1 до 2 мкм; и
- d50 составляет от 5 до 35 мкм; и/или
- d90 составляет от 35 до 85 мкм, предпочтительно d90 составляет от 35 до 50 мкм или d90 составляет от 50 до 85 мкм.
29. Гипсовая панель по любому из пп. 26-28, отличающаяся тем, что указанная гипсовая панель имеет значение впитываемости по Коббу через 2 часа менее 100 г/м2 и отношение прочности на изгиб/плотности мата по меньшей мере 5,5 в условиях окружающей среды (23 °С; отн. вл. 50%) при расчете в машинном направлении с разрушающей нагрузкой 660 Н для панели толщиной 12,5 мм и плотности мата 120 г/м2, и по меньшей мере 5 во влажных условиях (30 °С и отн. вл. 90%).
30. Способ получения гипсовой панели по любому из пп. 26-29, включающий этап, на котором ламинируют гипсовую сердцевину по меньшей мере одним волокнистым матом по любому из пп. 1-23.
31. Способ по п. 30, дополнительно включающий этап, на котором получают облицовочный мат с помощью способа мокрой выкладки по п. 25.
32. Система для применения внутри или снаружи здания, содержащая гипсовую панель по любому из пп. 26-29.
33. Система по п. 32, дополнительно содержащая:
- изолирующий материал, имеющий внутреннюю поверхность и внешнюю поверхность, внутренняя поверхность которого наклеена на поверхность нетканого материала указанной гипсовой панели с помощью адгезивного материала, и наружный отделочный материал, расположенный поверх внешней поверхности указанного изолирующего материала, необязательно содержащий упрочняющий элемент, расположенный между указанным изолирующим материалом и указанным отделочным материалом; или
- лежащий в основе конструкционный несущий элемент, покрытый отделочным материалом; или
