Claims (22)
1. Каталитическая композиция ФКК для крекинга углеводородов, при этом каталитическая композиция ФКК включает первый тип частиц, включающих один или несколько компонентов с оксидом бора, и компонент первой матрицы и второй тип частиц, который имеет композицию, отличающуюся от первого типа частиц, второй тип частиц включает компонент второй матрицы, компонент фосфора и 20%-95 мас. % цеолитного компонента, где первый тип частиц и второй тип частиц смешаны вместе.
2. Каталитическая композиция ФКК по п. 1, где один или несколько компонентов с оксидом бора присутствуют в количестве в диапазоне от 0.005% до 8 мас. % каталитической композиции ФКК.
3. Каталитическая композиция ФКК по п. 2, где компонент фосфора присутствует в количестве в диапазоне от приблизительно 0.5% до 10.0 мас. % на оксидной основе.
4. Каталитическая композиция ФКК по п. 1, где, по меньшей мере, один компонент первой матрицы и компонент второй матрицы выбраны из группы, включающей каолинит, галлуазит, монтмориллонит, бентонит, аттапульгит, каолин, аморфный каолин, метакаолин, муллит, шпинель, водный каолин, глину, гиббсит (тригидрат оксида алюминия), бемит, оксид титана, оксид алюминия, диоксид кремния, диоксид кремния-оксид алюминия, диоксид кремния-оксид магния, оксид магния и сепиолит.
5. Каталитическая композиция ФКК по п. 4, где второй тип частиц включает оксид, выбранный из группы, включающей оксид иттрия и редкоземельный компонент, выбранный из оксида церия, оксида лантана, оксида празеодима, оксида неодима и их комбинации.
6. Каталитическая композиция ФКК по п. 5, где редкоземельный компонент представляет собой оксид лантана и оксид лантана присутствует в
количестве в диапазоне от 0.5 мас. % до приблизительно 10.0 мас. % на оксидной основе в пересчете на массу каталитической композиции ФКК.
7. Каталитическая композиция ФКК по п. 4, где второй тип частиц, дополнительно включающий компонент переходного оксида алюминия, присутствует в количестве в диапазоне от 1 мас. % до 35 мас. %.
8. Каталитическая композиция ФКК по п. 4, где цеолитный компонент врощен с компонентом второй матрицы.

10. Каталитическая композиция ФКК по п. 4, где компонент фосфора находится в диапазоне 0.5 мас. % до приблизительно 10.0 мас. % Р2О5 на оксидной основе.
11. Каталитическая композиция ФКК по п. 10, где редкоземельный компонент выбран из группы, включающей оксид церия, оксид лантана, оксид празеодима и оксид неодима.
12. Каталитическая композиция ФКК по п. 11, где редкоземельный компонент представляет собой оксид лантана, и оксид лантана присутствует в количестве в диапазоне от 0.5 мас. % до приблизительно 10.0 мас. % на оксидной основе.
13. Каталитическая композиция ФКК по п. 12, где микросфера имеет уровень фосфора от приблизительно 2-4 мас. % Р2О5 на оксидной основе каталитической композиции ФКК и компонент редкоземельного металла
присутствует в количестве от приблизительно 1-5 мас. % на оксидной основе каталитической композиции ФКК.
14. Способ крекирования углеводородного сырья в условиях крекинга с флюидизированным катализатором, при этом способ включает контактирование углеводородного сырья с каталитической композицией по п. 1.
15. Способ крекирования углеводородного сырья в условиях крекинга с флюидизированным катализатором, при этом способ включает контактирование углеводородного сырья с каталитической композицией по п. 13.
16. Способ крекирования углеводородного сырья в условиях крекинга с флюидизированным катализатором, при этом способ включает добавление ФКК-совместимых неорганических частицах, включающих один или несколько компонентов с оксидом бора, и компонента первой матрицы в установку ФКК и добавление крекирующих микросфер, включающих компонент второй матрицы, компонент фосфора и 20%-95 мас. % цеолитного компонента, в установку ФКК.
17. Способ по п. 16, где один или несколько оксидов бора, присутствующих в композиции ФКК, находятся в диапазоне от 0.005% до 8 мас. % на оксидной основе, и содержание фосфора, присутствующего на крекирующих микросферах, находится в диапазоне 0.5% и 10.0 мас. % на оксидной основе.
18. Способ по п. 17, где крекирующие микросферы дополнительно содержат оксид, выбранный из группы, включающей оксид иттрия, оксид церия, оксид лантана, оксид празеодима, оксид неодима и их комбинации.
19. Способ по п. 18, где редкоземельный компонент представляет собой оксид лантана и оксид лантана присутствует в количестве в диапазоне от 0.5 мас. % до приблизительно 10.0 мас. % на оксидной основе в пересчете на массу каталитической композиции ФКК.
20. Способ по п. 19, где крекирующие микросферы, дополнительно содержащие компонент переходного оксида алюминия, присутствуют в количестве в диапазоне от 1 мас. % до 35 мас. %.
