Claims (20)

1. Картридж для принтера для применения в системе трехмерного принтера, при этом картридж для принтера содержит катушку, которая заключает полимерный материал, при этом полимерный материал образован из термопластичной композиции, содержащей непрерывную фазу, которая содержит матричный полимер, и при этом добавка микровключения и добавка нановключения дополнительно диспергированы в непрерывной фазе в форме дискретных доменов.
2. Картридж для принтера по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что полимерный материал выполнен в форме элементарной нити.
3. Картридж для принтера по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что элементарная нить намотана вокруг обода катушки.
4. Картридж для принтера по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что плотность полимерного материала составляет 1,2 г/см3 или меньше, предпочтительно 1,0 г/см3 или меньше, более предпочтительно от 0,2 г/см3 до 0,8 г/см3 и еще более предпочтительно от 0,1 г/см3 до 0,5 г/см3.
5. Картридж для принтера по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что модуль упругости полимерного материала составляет 2500 МПа или меньше, предпочтительно 2200 МПа или меньше, более предпочтительно от 50 МПа до 2000 МПа и еще более предпочтительно от 100 МПа до 1000 МПа.
6. Картридж для принтера по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что поровая сеть образована в полимерном материале, при этом материал имеет средний объем пор материала, составляющий от 15% до 80% на см3, предпочтительно от 20% до 70% и более предпочтительно от 30% до 60% на кубический сантиметр.
7. Картридж для принтера по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что поровая сеть содержит множество нанопор, имеющих средний размер поперечного сечения 800 нанометров или меньше, и предпочтительно от 10 до 100 нанометров.
8. Картридж для принтера по п. 7, отличающийся тем, что нанопоры составляют 20 об. % или больше от общего объема пор материала.
9. Картридж для принтера по п. 7, отличающийся тем, что поровая сеть дополнительно содержит микропоры, при этом микропоры имеют отношение сторон от 1 до 30.
10. Картридж для принтера по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что непрерывная фаза составляет от 60 вес. % до 99 вес. % термопластичной композиции.
11. Картридж для принтера по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что матричный полимер содержит сложный полиэфир, такой как полимолочная кислота.
12. Картридж для принтера по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что добавка микровключения является полимерной, такой как полиолефин.
13. Картридж для принтера по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что отношение параметра растворимости матричного полимера к параметру растворимости добавки микровключения составляет от 0,5 до 1,5, отношение показателя текучести расплава матричного полимера к показателю текучести расплава добавки микровключения составляет от 0,2 до 8, и/или отношение модуля упругости Юнга матричного полимера к модулю упругости Юнга добавки микровключения составляет от 1 до 250.
14. Картридж для принтера по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что добавка нановключения является полимерной, такой как полиэпоксид.
15. Картридж для принтера по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что добавка микровключения составляет от 1 вес. % до 30 вес. % композиции исходя из веса непрерывной фазы и/или добавка нановключения составляет от 0,05 вес. % до 20 вес. % композиции исходя из веса непрерывной фазы.
16. Картридж для принтера по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что термопластичная композиция дополнительно содержит модификатор поверхности раздела фаз.
17. Картридж для принтера по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что обычно цилиндрическое отверстие образовано в центральной области катушки.
18. Картридж для принтера по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно содержит оболочковую структуру, которая закрывает катушку.
19. Система трехмерного принтера, содержащая трехмерный принтер и картридж для принтера по п. 1.
20. Способ образования трехмерного объекта, при этом способ включает печать трехмерной структуры в качестве нескольких последовательных слоев модельного материала и необязательно печать поддерживающей структуры из поддерживающего материала, при этом модельный материал, поддерживающий материал или оба из них содержат полимерный материал, образованный из термопластичной композиции, содержащей непрерывную фазу, которая содержит матричный полимер, и при этом добавка микровключения и добавка нановключения дополнительно диспергированы в непрерывной фазе в форме дискретных доменов.
