Claims (5)

Способ изготовления изделий сложной формы из песчано-полимерных систем, включающий послойное программно-компьютерное моделирование изделия, подготовку песка, смешивание песка с полимерной или олигомерной композицией в бункере подготовки, послойное нанесение песка на подложку и послойно-селективную обработку каждого слоя, в соответствии с компьютерными сечениями модели до образования запрограммированной формы изделия, отличающийся тем, что послойно-селективную обработку каждого слоя песчано-полимерной смеси осуществляют до затвердевания смеси на глубину слоя, в два этапа, сначала на каждом нанесенном слое обработку проводят программно-регламентированным внесением химического реагента, путем впрыска его в песчаный слой, согласно изготавливаемого сечения, по окончании обработки химическим реагентом, каждый слой подвергается тепловой обработке для ускорения процесса полимеризации и увеличения прочности изделия, при этом тепловая обработка осуществляется либо инфракрасными излучателями, либо лазером, либо другими дистанционными способами теплового воздействия.1.
