Claims (12)
1. Подшипниковый узел для поддерживания главного вала ветровой турбины, содержащей, по меньшей мере, ротор с лопастями, главный вал и редуктор, при этом узел включает в себя:
внешнее кольцо;
по меньшей мере, два желобка подшипника, выполненных на радиально внутренней окружной поверхности внешнего кольца;
внутреннее кольцо;
по меньшей мере, два желобка подшипника, выполненных на радиально внешней окружной поверхности внутреннего кольца;
первый ряд роликовых элементов, удерживаемых первым сепаратором;
второй ряд роликовых элементов, удерживаемых вторым сепаратором;
причем все роликовые элементы первого ряда имеют такую же длину, что и все роликовые элементы второго ряда; и
роликовые элементы первого ряда расположены под углом контакта, отличным от угла контакта роликовых элементов второго ряда.
2. Подшипниковый узел по п. 1, в котором второй ряд роликовых элементов имеет больший угол контакта, чем первый ряд роликовых элементов.
3. Подшипниковый узел по п. 2, в котором второй ряд роликовых элементов расположен дальше от ротора с лопастями.
4. Подшипниковый узел по п. 1, в котором первый ряд роликовых элементов и второй ряд роликовых элементов отделены плавающим дистанционным кольцом.
