Abstract
1. Способ нанесения сырого покрытия на подложку, в котором наносят по меньшей мере одну краску основного покрытия на водной основе без ее отверждения сшивкой, далее на основное покрытие наносят краску прозрачного покрытия, включающую отвердитель и смолу, содержащую активный водород, затем основное покрытие и прозрачное покрытие одновременно отверждают сшивкой, отличающийся тем, что краска прозрачного покрытия представляет собой двухкомпонентную полиуретановую краску с молярным соотношением от 0,9 до 2,0 в NCO/H (активный водород), при этом(1) отвердитель включает продукт взаимодействия (i) производного 1,6-гексаметилендиизоцианата, включающего тример и фактически не включающего диизоцианатный мономер, и (ii) соединения, содержащего как активный водород, так и гидрофильную группу; и(2) вязкость отвердителя, когда он не разбавлен никаким органическим растворителем, составляет не более чем 1000 МПа·с/23°C.2. Способ нанесения по п. 1, в котором соединение, содержащее как активный водород, так и гидрофильную группу, представляет собой соединение, содержащее группу, включающую активный водород, и сульфогруппу, представленную формулой (I), при этом сульфогруппу в отвердителе нейтрализуют третичным амином, а формула (I) имеет видX-R-SOH,где X представляет собой аминогруппу, алкиламиногруппу, циклоалкиламиногруппу или гидроксильную группу, R представляет собой алифатическую и/или алициклическую углеводородную группу.3. Способ нанесения по п. 2, в котором соединение, представленное формулой (I), представляет собой 2-(циклогексиламино)-этансульфоновую кислоту и/или 3-(циклогексиламино)-пропансульфоновую кислоту.4. Способ нанесения по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что краска основного покрытия
Claims (7)
1. Способ нанесения сырого покрытия на подложку, в котором наносят по меньшей мере одну краску основного покрытия на водной основе без ее отверждения сшивкой, далее на основное покрытие наносят краску прозрачного покрытия, включающую отвердитель и смолу, содержащую активный водород, затем основное покрытие и прозрачное покрытие одновременно отверждают сшивкой, отличающийся тем, что краска прозрачного покрытия представляет собой двухкомпонентную полиуретановую краску с молярным соотношением от 0,9 до 2,0 в NCO/H (активный водород), при этом
(1) отвердитель включает продукт взаимодействия (i) производного 1,6-гексаметилендиизоцианата, включающего тример и фактически не включающего диизоцианатный мономер, и (ii) соединения, содержащего как активный водород, так и гидрофильную группу; и
(2) вязкость отвердителя, когда он не разбавлен никаким органическим растворителем, составляет не более чем 1000 МПа·с/23°C.
2. Способ нанесения по п. 1, в котором соединение, содержащее как активный водород, так и гидрофильную группу, представляет собой соединение, содержащее группу, включающую активный водород, и сульфогруппу, представленную формулой (I), при этом сульфогруппу в отвердителе нейтрализуют третичным амином, а формула (I) имеет вид
X-R-SO3H,
где X представляет собой аминогруппу, алкиламиногруппу, циклоалкиламиногруппу или гидроксильную группу, R представляет собой алифатическую и/или алициклическую углеводородную группу.
3. Способ нанесения по п. 2, в котором соединение, представленное формулой (I), представляет собой 2-(циклогексиламино)-этансульфоновую кислоту и/или 3-(циклогексиламино)-пропансульфоновую кислоту.
4. Способ нанесения по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что краска основного покрытия на водной основе представляет собой обжигаемый тип краски на водной основе, содержащей активный водород.
5. Способ нанесения по любому одному из пп. 1-4, в котором количество тримеров 1,6-гексаметилендиизоцианата в производном 1,6-гексаметилендиизоцианата составляет 55 мас.% или более.
6. Отвердитель по п. 1 для краски прозрачного покрытия, который применяют в способе по любому одному из пп. 1-5.
7. Многослойная покрытая пленка, состоящая из слоя основного покрытия и слоя прозрачного покрытия, которую получают способом по любому одному из пп. 1-5.
