Abstract

1. Устройство для изготовления жидкого водорода, содержащее:блок цикла охлаждения, выполненный с возможностью протекания в нем циркулирующего водорода в качестве охлаждающего вещества,блок изготовления жидкого водорода для изготовления жидкого водорода из газообразного водорода,блок подачи испаряемого газа для подачи испаряемого газа, генерируемого в резервуаре для жидкого водорода, в блок цикла охлаждения через предварительно определенную впускную часть в блоке цикла охлаждения, иблок выпуска циркулирующего водорода для выпуска избыточного количества циркулирующего водорода, получаемого из испаряемого газа, подаваемого в блок цикла охлаждения посредством блока подачи испаряемого газа, в блок изготовления жидкого водорода через предварительно определенную выпускную часть в блоке цикла охлаждения.2. Устройство по п. 1, в котором блок цикла охлаждения содержит: компрессор, выполненный с возможностью сжатия циркулирующего водорода,расширитель, выполненный с возможностью расширения циркулирующего водорода, ипо меньшей мере один теплообменник, размещенный между компрессором и расширителем, причем теплообменник содержит низкотемпературный теплообменный элемент, расположенный с передней по ходу потока стороны компрессора, и высокотемпературный теплообменный элемент, расположенный с задней по ходу потока стороны компрессора,причем блок изготовления жидкого водорода содержит:канал для исходного водорода, выполненный с возможностьюпротекания в нем газообразного водорода, подаваемого из источника исходного водорода,расширительный клапан, выполненный с возможностью расширения газообразного во�

1. Устройство для изготовления жидкого водорода, содержащее:
блок цикла охлаждения, выполненный с возможностью протекания в нем циркулирующего водорода в качестве охлаждающего вещества,
блок изготовления жидкого водорода для изготовления жидкого водорода из газообразного водорода,
блок подачи испаряемого газа для подачи испаряемого газа, генерируемого в резервуаре для жидкого водорода, в блок цикла охлаждения через предварительно определенную впускную часть в блоке цикла охлаждения, и
блок выпуска циркулирующего водорода для выпуска избыточного количества циркулирующего водорода, получаемого из испаряемого газа, подаваемого в блок цикла охлаждения посредством блока подачи испаряемого газа, в блок изготовления жидкого водорода через предварительно определенную выпускную часть в блоке цикла охлаждения.
2. Устройство по п. 1, в котором блок цикла охлаждения содержит: компрессор, выполненный с возможностью сжатия циркулирующего водорода,
расширитель, выполненный с возможностью расширения циркулирующего водорода, и
по меньшей мере один теплообменник, размещенный между компрессором и расширителем, причем теплообменник содержит низкотемпературный теплообменный элемент, расположенный с передней по ходу потока стороны компрессора, и высокотемпературный теплообменный элемент, расположенный с задней по ходу потока стороны компрессора,
причем блок изготовления жидкого водорода содержит:
канал для исходного водорода, выполненный с возможностью
протекания в нем газообразного водорода, подаваемого из источника исходного водорода,
расширительный клапан, выполненный с возможностью расширения газообразного водорода для изготовления жидкого водорода и размещенный с задней по ходу потока стороны канала для исходного водорода, и
по меньшей мере один охладитель газообразного водорода, выполненный с возможностью охлаждения газообразного водорода посредством теплообмена с указанным по меньшей мере одним теплообменником блока цикла охлаждения,
при этом впускная часть в блоке цикла охлаждения размещена в месте, расположенном ниже по потоку относительно расширителя и выше по потоку относительно компрессора,
а выпускная часть в блоке цикла охлаждения размещена в месте, расположенном между первым низкотемпературным теплообменным элементом в направлении навстречу потоку от компрессора и первым высокотемпературным теплообменным элементом в направлении по потоку от компрессора.
3. Устройство по п. 1 или 2, в котором впускная часть в блоке цикла охлаждения образована из множества впускных элементов, размещенных в зависимости от разниц между температурой циркулирующего водорода в блоке цикла охлаждения и температурой испаряемого газа, генерируемого в резервуаре для жидкого водорода.
4. Устройство по п. 1, в котором выпускная часть в блоке цикла охлаждения размещена между компрессором и первым высокотемпературным теплообменным элементом в направлении по потоку от компрессора.
5. Устройство по п. 1, в котором расширитель представляет собой турбодетандер.
6. Устройство по п. 1, в котором расширительный клапан представляет собой клапан Джоуля-Томсона.
7. Устройство по п. 1, в котором резервуар для жидкого водорода представляет собой емкость для жидкого водорода транспортного судна для транспортировки жидкого водорода.
