Abstract

1. Самонарезающий винт, содержащий ножку, причем нормальная резьба сформирована на внешней периферийной поверхности ножки, отличающийся тем, что стружечная канавка сформирована путем вырезания части гребня нормальной резьбы, и зацепляющий выступ предусмотрен на дне стружечной канавки вдоль части или всего края дна так, что он непрерывно продолжается из боковой поверхности нормальной резьбы.2. Самонарезающий винт по п.1, отличающийся тем, что нормальная резьба имеет асимметричную форму, и зацепляющий выступ может быть предусмотрен на краю дна стружечной канавки так, что он проходит непрерывно из боковой поверхности, имеющей меньший угол наклона.3. Самонарезающий винт по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что ножка имеет форму поперечного сечения, образованную так, что множество дугообразных частей, имеющих разные радиусы кривизны, соединены друг с другом.

Claims (3)

1. Самонарезающий винт, содержащий ножку, причем нормальная резьба сформирована на внешней периферийной поверхности ножки, отличающийся тем, что стружечная канавка сформирована путем вырезания части гребня нормальной резьбы, и зацепляющий выступ предусмотрен на дне стружечной канавки вдоль части или всего края дна так, что он непрерывно продолжается из боковой поверхности нормальной резьбы.
2. Самонарезающий винт по п.1, отличающийся тем, что нормальная резьба имеет асимметричную форму, и зацепляющий выступ может быть предусмотрен на краю дна стружечной канавки так, что он проходит непрерывно из боковой поверхности, имеющей меньший угол наклона.
3. Самонарезающий винт по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что ножка имеет форму поперечного сечения, образованную так, что множество дугообразных частей, имеющих разные радиусы кривизны, соединены друг с другом.
