Abstract
1. Светоотражающий материал, содержащий:экструзионный материал основы; исветоотражающий слой, сформированный на поверхности экструзионного материала основы.2. Светоотражающий материал по п.1, в котором светоотражающий слой обеспечен в форме многочисленных рядов, отделенных друг от друга.3. Светоотражающий материал по п.1, в котором экструзионный материал основы имеет на поверхности рисунок в виде канавок, и светоотражающий слой сформирован в углублениях рисунка в виде канавок.4. Светоотражающий материал по п.3, в котором экструзионный материал основы и светоотражающий слой имеют выровненные поверхности.5. Светоотражающий материал по п.1, в котором полученный методом экструзии материал основы включает синтетическую древесину, содержащую древесную муку и смолу.6. Светоотражающий материал по п.5, в котором получаемый методом экструзии материал основы содержит от 20 до 50 массовых частей смолы в расчете на 100 массовых частей древесной муки.7. Светоотражающий материал по п.6, в котором смолы содержат по меньшей мере одно вещество, выбранное из полипропилена (ПП), полиэтилена (ПЭ), поливинилхлорида (ПВХ), поликарбоната (ПК), полиэтилентерефталата (ПЭТ) и полимера молочной кислоты (ПМК).8. Светоотражающий материал по п.1, в котором экструзионный материал основы содержит пластмассу.9. Светоотражающий материал по п.1, в котором светоотражающий слой содержит стеклянные шарики.10. Способ получения светоотражающего материала, включающий:приготовление экструзионного материала основы; иподачу светоотражающего элемента на поверхность экструзионного материала основы и пропускание экструзионного материала основы через экструдер �
Claims (19)
1. Светоотражающий материал, содержащий:
экструзионный материал основы; и
светоотражающий слой, сформированный на поверхности экструзионного материала основы.
2. Светоотражающий материал по п.1, в котором светоотражающий слой обеспечен в форме многочисленных рядов, отделенных друг от друга.
3. Светоотражающий материал по п.1, в котором экструзионный материал основы имеет на поверхности рисунок в виде канавок, и светоотражающий слой сформирован в углублениях рисунка в виде канавок.
4. Светоотражающий материал по п.3, в котором экструзионный материал основы и светоотражающий слой имеют выровненные поверхности.
5. Светоотражающий материал по п.1, в котором полученный методом экструзии материал основы включает синтетическую древесину, содержащую древесную муку и смолу.
6. Светоотражающий материал по п.5, в котором получаемый методом экструзии материал основы содержит от 20 до 50 массовых частей смолы в расчете на 100 массовых частей древесной муки.
7. Светоотражающий материал по п.6, в котором смолы содержат по меньшей мере одно вещество, выбранное из полипропилена (ПП), полиэтилена (ПЭ), поливинилхлорида (ПВХ), поликарбоната (ПК), полиэтилентерефталата (ПЭТ) и полимера молочной кислоты (ПМК).
8. Светоотражающий материал по п.1, в котором экструзионный материал основы содержит пластмассу.
9. Светоотражающий материал по п.1, в котором светоотражающий слой содержит стеклянные шарики.
10. Способ получения светоотражающего материала, включающий:
приготовление экструзионного материала основы; и
подачу светоотражающего элемента на поверхность экструзионного материала основы и пропускание экструзионного материала основы через экструдер для формирования светоотражающего слоя на поверхности экструзионного материала основы.
11. Способ по п.10, в котором экструзионный материал основы имеет на своей поверхности рисунок в виде канавок.
12. Способ по п.11, дополнительно включающий: обработку поверхности светоотражающего слоя песком или наждаком, так чтобы экструзионный материал основы был частично виден через светоотражающий слой.
13. Способ по п.11, в котором экструдер содержит шаблон, соответствующий рисунку в виде канавок.
14. Способ по п.10, в котором экструзионный материал основы формируют посредством экструзии.
15. Способ по п.10, в котором экструзионный материал основы включает синтетическую древесину, содержащую древесную муку и смолу.
16. Способ по п.15, в котором синтетическая древесина содержит от 20 до 50 массовых частей смолы в расчете на 100 массовых частей древесной муки.
17. Способ по п.16, в котором смолы содержат по меньшей мере одно вещество, выбранное из полипропилена (ПП), полиэтилена (ПЭ), поливинилхлорида (ПВХ), поликарбоната (ПК), полиэтилентерефталата (ПЭТ) и полимера молочной кислоты (ПМК).
18. Способ по п.10, в котором экструзионный материал основы содержит пластмассу.
19. Способ по п.10, в котором светоотражающий слой содержит стеклянные шарики.
