Abstract
1. Катализатор окисления для удаления загрязнителей из отработанных газов двигателя с воспламенением от сжатия, включающий носитель или субстрат, на который нанесены, по меньшей мере, два слоя или зоны покрытия, причем:а. первый слой/зона, далее называемый нижним слоем, включает огнестойкий оксидный носитель и основной каталитически активный металл или металлы, выбранные из Pt и Pd,б. второй слой/зона, далее называемый верхним слоем, включает огнестойкий оксидный носитель и основной каталитически активный металл или металлы, выбранные из Pt и Pd, ив. соотношение Pt и Pd в верхнем слое составляет от примерно 2:3 до примерно 0:1 и это соотношение меньше, чем отношение Pt и Pd в нижнем слое, которое составляет от примерно 20:1 до примерно 1:2.2. Катализатор по п.1, в котором соотношение Pt:Pd в нижнем слое составляет примерно 1:1, а соотношение Pt:Pd в верхнем слое составляет примерно 1:2.3. Катализатор по п.1, в котором верхний слой дополнительно включает родий.4. Катализатор по п.1, в котором верхний слой дополнительно включает соль или оксид бария.5. Катализатор по п.1, в котором огнестойкий оксидный носитель в составе нижнего слоя и/или верхнего слоя выбирают из группы, включающей оксид алюминия, модифицированный или допированный гетероатомом оксид алюминия, оксид циркония или оксид титана и смеси перечисленного.8. Катализатор по п.7, в котором огнестойкий оксидный носитель в составе нижнего слоя и/или верхнего слоя представляет собой допир
Claims (16)
1. Катализатор окисления для удаления загрязнителей из отработанных газов двигателя с воспламенением от сжатия, включающий носитель или субстрат, на который нанесены, по меньшей мере, два слоя или зоны покрытия, причем:
а. первый слой/зона, далее называемый нижним слоем, включает огнестойкий оксидный носитель и основной каталитически активный металл или металлы, выбранные из Pt и Pd,
б. второй слой/зона, далее называемый верхним слоем, включает огнестойкий оксидный носитель и основной каталитически активный металл или металлы, выбранные из Pt и Pd, и
в. соотношение Pt и Pd в верхнем слое составляет от примерно 2:3 до примерно 0:1 и это соотношение меньше, чем отношение Pt и Pd в нижнем слое, которое составляет от примерно 20:1 до примерно 1:2.
2. Катализатор по п.1, в котором соотношение Pt:Pd в нижнем слое составляет примерно 1:1, а соотношение Pt:Pd в верхнем слое составляет примерно 1:2.
3. Катализатор по п.1, в котором верхний слой дополнительно включает родий.
4. Катализатор по п.1, в котором верхний слой дополнительно включает соль или оксид бария.
5. Катализатор по п.1, в котором верхний слой дополнительно включает соль или оксид лантана.
6. Катализатор по п.1, в котором верхний слой и/или нижний слой дополнительно включает материал для хранения кислорода.
7. Катализатор по п.1, в котором огнестойкий оксидный носитель в составе нижнего слоя и/или верхнего слоя выбирают из группы, включающей оксид алюминия, модифицированный или допированный гетероатомом оксид алюминия, оксид циркония или оксид титана и смеси перечисленного.
8. Катализатор по п.7, в котором огнестойкий оксидный носитель в составе нижнего слоя и/или верхнего слоя представляет собой допированный гетероатомом оксид алюминия, причем допирующий гетероатом выбирают из группы, включающей Si, Fe, Zr, Ba, La и смеси перечисленного.
9. Катализатор по п.1, в котором верхний слой и/или нижний слой дополнительно включает цеолит.
10. Катализатор по п.9, в котором цеолит выбирают из группы, включающей цеолит бета (β), чабазит, клиноптилолит, фожазит, ферриерит, морденит, оффретит, силикалит, цеолит X, цеолит Y, ультрастабильный цеолит Y, ZSM-5, ZSM-11, ZSM-22, материал семейства ZSM, структурные изоморфы перечисленного и смеси перечисленного.
11. Катализатор по одному из пп.1-10, имеющий входное и выходное отверстия, и верхний слой наносят таким образом, что он покрывает субстрат, начиная от входного отверстия, на длину, составляющую от примерно 5 до примерно 75% от длины субстрата.
12. Катализатор по одному из пп.1-10, имеющий входное и выходное отверстия, и нижний слой, необязательно, наносят таким образом, что он покрывает субстрат, начиная от входного отверстия, на длину, составляющую от примерно 95 до примерно 25% от длины субстрата.
13. Способ обработки отработанных газов, включающий пропускание отработанных газов над каталитическим устройством, включающим корпус, расположенный вокруг субстрата, и катализатор по одному или более из пп.1-12.
14. Способ по п.13, дополнительно включающий удерживающий материал, расположенный между корпусом и субстратом.
15. Каталитическое устройство для удаления загрязнителей из отработанных газов двигателя с воспламенением от сжатия, включающее корпус, расположенный вокруг субстрата, и катализатор по одному или более из пп.1-12.
16. Каталитическое устройство по п.15, дополнительно включающее удерживающий материал, расположенный между корпусом и субстратом.
