Abstract
1. Эндопротез для имплантирования в тело человека, содержащий: ! имплантируемый элемент, наружная поверхность которого образована лицевой и тыльной сторонами; ! причем на тыльной либо на лицевой стороне имеется по меньшей мере один участок сцепления в целом вытянутой формы, имеющий текстуру, изрытость или шероховатость, отличную от текстуры, изрытости или шероховатости остальной части поверхности этой же стороны; ! причем протез выполнен таким образом, что при его имплантации в тело по соседству с какой-либо группой мышц его участок сцепления оказывается в целом сонаправлен этой группе мышц. ! 2. Эндопротез по п.1, отличающийся тем, что на участке сцепления имеется первая текстура, а на остальной поверхности имеется вторая текстура, отличная от первой. !4. Эндопротез по п.1, предназначенный для имплантации в грудь человека, отличающийся тем, что участок сцепления расположен и выполнен так, чтобы при имплантации эндопротеза в грудь оказаться сонаправленным группам по меньшей мере большой или малой грудной мышцы. ! 5. Эндопротез по п.1, отличающийся тем, что участок сцепления представляет собой несколько участков сцепления, расходящихся веерообразно. ! 6. Эндопротез по п.1, отличающийся тем, что участок сцепления имеет по существу постоянную ширину, а именно 2-15 мм. ! 7. Грудной эндопротез, ! содержащий имплантируемый элемент, на наружной поверхности которого имеется по меньшей мере один участок сцепления вытянутой формы, имеющий текстуру, отличную от текстуры остальной части наружной поверхности; причем указанный по меньшей мере один участок сцепления вытянутой формы устроен так, что когда эндопротез имплантирован �
Claims (1)
1. Эндопротез для имплантирования в тело человека, содержащий:
имплантируемый элемент, наружная поверхность которого образована лицевой и тыльной сторонами;
причем на тыльной либо на лицевой стороне имеется по меньшей мере один участок сцепления в целом вытянутой формы, имеющий текстуру, изрытость или шероховатость, отличную от текстуры, изрытости или шероховатости остальной части поверхности этой же стороны;
причем протез выполнен таким образом, что при его имплантации в тело по соседству с какой-либо группой мышц его участок сцепления оказывается в целом сонаправлен этой группе мышц.
2. Эндопротез по п.1, отличающийся тем, что на участке сцепления имеется первая текстура, а на остальной поверхности имеется вторая текстура, отличная от первой.
4. Эндопротез по п.1, предназначенный для имплантации в грудь человека, отличающийся тем, что участок сцепления расположен и выполнен так, чтобы при имплантации эндопротеза в грудь оказаться сонаправленным группам по меньшей мере большой или малой грудной мышцы.
5. Эндопротез по п.1, отличающийся тем, что участок сцепления представляет собой несколько участков сцепления, расходящихся веерообразно.
6. Эндопротез по п.1, отличающийся тем, что участок сцепления имеет по существу постоянную ширину, а именно 2-15 мм.
7. Грудной эндопротез,
содержащий имплантируемый элемент, на наружной поверхности которого имеется по меньшей мере один участок сцепления вытянутой формы, имеющий текстуру, отличную от текстуры остальной части наружной поверхности; причем указанный по меньшей мере один участок сцепления вытянутой формы устроен так, что когда эндопротез имплантирован в грудь человека, этот участок оказывается сонаправлен по меньшей одной из групп малой или большой грудных мышц.
8. Эндопротез по п.7, отличающийся тем, что его наружная поверхность образована лицевой и тыльной сторонами, а участок сцепления вытянутой формы проходит по меньшей мере по лицевой или тыльной стороне.
9. Эндопротез по п.7, отличающийся тем, что его наружная поверхность образована лицевой и тыльной сторонами, а участок сцепления вытянутой формы проходит по лицевой стороне.
10. Эндопротез по п.7, отличающийся тем, что указанный участок сцепления вытянутой формы содержит множество участков сцепления вытянутой формы, образующих по существу веерообразный рисунок.
11. Эндопротез по п.7, отличающийся тем, что его наружная поверхность образована лицевой и тыльной сторонами и участком по периметру между ними, и при этом участки сцепления имеются как по периметру, так и проходят по меньшей мере по одной из указанных сторон.
12. Способ увеличения или реконструкции груди человека, предусматривающий следующие этапы:
- берут имплантируемый элемент, наружная поверхность которого образована лицевой и тыльной сторонами, причем на тыльной либо на лицевой стороне имеется по меньшей мере один участок сцепления в целом вытянутой формы, имеющий текстуру, изрытость или шероховатость, отличную от текстуры, изрытости или шероховатости остальной части поверхности этой же стороны;
- имплантируют его в грудь человека таким образом, чтобы участок сцепления оказался в целом сонаправлен одной группе большой или малой грудных мышц.
13. Способ по п.12, отличающийся тем, что указанный по меньшей мере один участок сцепления имеет текстуру, более выраженную по сравнению с остальной частью поверхности лицевой или тыльной стороны.
14. Способ изготовления грудного эндопротеза, предусматривающий следующие этапы:
- берут наполняемую эластомерную оболочку, наружная поверхность которой имеет лицевую и тыльную стороны;
- текстурируют лишь часть наружной поверхности, чтобы получить участок сцепления в форме полосы, проходящей по меньшей мере по лицевой или тыльной стороне, причем указанный участок сцепления в форме полосы по форме и расположению сонаправлен с одной группой большой или малой грудных мышц.
