Abstract

1. Способ изготовления гибкой волоконной ленты, содержащей от 60 до 98% волокна в расчете на массу ленты из комплексной нити, выбранной из арамида, стекла, ароматического полиэфира и жесткого стержневидного полимера, включающего стадии, на которых осуществляют: ! а1) роспуск элементарных нитей пряжи для получения слоя элементарных нитей, имеющего соотношение геометрических размеров в поперечном сечении, ширина/высота от 2 до 2000; и ! b1) обработку распущенных элементарных нитей отверждаемой смолой, или жидкой термопластичной смолой, или воском; или ! а2) обработку пряжи отверждаемой смолой, или жидкой термопластичной смолой, или воском; и ! b2) роспуск элементарных нитей пряжи для получения слоя нитей, имеющего соотношение геометрических размеров в поперечном сечении (ширина/высота) от 2 до 2000; с последующей ! с) фиксацией нитей путем отверждения или затвердевания смолы для получения ленты, ! в котором стадии а1)-b1) или соответственно а2)-b2) и с) осуществляют в поточной линии. ! 2. Способ по п.1, в котором смолой является отверждаемая смола. ! 3. Способ по п.2, в котором смолой является УФ-отверждаемая смола. ! 4. Claims (10)

1. Способ изготовления гибкой волоконной ленты, содержащей от 60 до 98% волокна в расчете на массу ленты из комплексной нити, выбранной из арамида, стекла, ароматического полиэфира и жесткого стержневидного полимера, включающего стадии, на которых осуществляют:
а1) роспуск элементарных нитей пряжи для получения слоя элементарных нитей, имеющего соотношение геометрических размеров в поперечном сечении, ширина/высота от 2 до 2000; и
b1) обработку распущенных элементарных нитей отверждаемой смолой, или жидкой термопластичной смолой, или воском; или
а2) обработку пряжи отверждаемой смолой, или жидкой термопластичной смолой, или воском; и
b2) роспуск элементарных нитей пряжи для получения слоя нитей, имеющего соотношение геометрических размеров в поперечном сечении (ширина/высота) от 2 до 2000; с последующей
с) фиксацией нитей путем отверждения или затвердевания смолы для получения ленты,
в котором стадии а1)-b1) или соответственно а2)-b2) и с) осуществляют в поточной линии.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором смолой является отверждаемая смола.
3. Способ по п.2, в котором смолой является УФ-отверждаемая смола.
4. Способ по любому из пп.1-3, в котором ленту после отверждения или затвердевания сгибают, чтобы получить объект цилиндрической формы, с последующим склеиванием продольных краев ленты друг с другом клеем.
5. Способ по п.4, в котором клеем является смола, которую используют на стадии b1) или b2) по п.1.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором ленту изготавливают из арамидной нити.
7. Гибкая сплошная лента, содержащая от 60 до 98% волокна в расчете на массу ленты, содержащая слой нитей, имеющий соотношение геометрических размеров в поперечном сечении, ширина/высота от 2 до 2000; причем нити являются фиксированными отверждаемой или затвердевающей смолой или воском.
8. Лента по п.7, в которой соотношение геометрических размеров в поперечном сечении, ширина/высота, составляет от 20 до 500.
9. Лента по п.7, в которой ширина ленты составляет менее чем 0,5 мм и соотношение геометрических размеров в поперечном сечении, ширина/высота, составляет от 2 до 20.
10. Волоконно-оптический кабель, включающий ленту по п.8 в качестве армирующего материала.
