Abstract
Устройство для оперативной профилактики переломов проксимального отдела бедренной кости вследствие остеопороза путем протезирования тазобедренного сустава армирующим эндопротезом, включающий имплантат, отличающийся тем, что в качестве имплантата использована направляющая втулка головчатого компонента протеза, установленная в канал-отверстие в шейке и головке бедренной кости, при этом длина втулки равна длине канала-отверстия, а во втулке выполнено отверстие под блокирующий винт, накостная пластина с отверстиями под монокортикальные и спонгиозные винты установлена таким образом, чтобы отверстие под блокирующий винт в пластине совпало с отверстием в шейке бедренной кости, блокирующий винт ввернут в отверстие втулки сферического компонента головки протеза и затянут до упора, а диафизарная часть пластины зафиксирована на кости монокортикальными и спогиозными винтами для сохранения противоположного кортикального слоя кости и предупреждения возможных диафизарных переломов.
