Abstract
1. Система управления, в состав которой входит: ! множество полевых устройств; ! главный компьютер для отправки управляющих сообщений на полевые устройства и приема ответных сообщений от полевых устройств; ! множество беспроводных узлов, циклически меняющих свое состояние от состояния ожидания до рабочего состояния в соответствии с циклом беспроводной сети «источник тока подключен»/«источник тока отключен», при этом, по крайней мере, одно из полевых устройств связано с каждым узлом; и ! шлюз между главным компьютером и беспроводными узлами; ! при этом шлюз выдает главному компьютеру в ответ на сообщение, адресованное одному из полевых устройств, прогнозируемое значение момента времени ответа полевого устройства на это сообщение. ! 2. Система управления по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что шлюз выдает прогнозируемое значение момента времени, основанное, по крайней мере, частично, на текущем состоянии беспроводной сети и цикле беспроводной сети «источник тока подключен»/«источник тока отключен». ! 3. Система управления по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что шлюз управляет цикличностью работы беспроводных узлов между состоянием ожидания и рабочим состоянием. ! 4. Система управления по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что шлюз выдает прогнозируемое значение момента времени, основанное, по крайней мере, частично, на моменте включения полевого устройства. ! 5. Система управления по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что полевые устройства находятся в состоянии ожидания и в активном состоянии. ! 6. Система управления по п.5, отличающаяся тем, что беспроводные узлы контролируют, находятся ли полевые устройства, связанные с ними, в режиме ожидания или в активном сост�
Claims (15)
1. Система управления, в состав которой входит:
множество полевых устройств;
главный компьютер для отправки управляющих сообщений на полевые устройства и приема ответных сообщений от полевых устройств;
множество беспроводных узлов, циклически меняющих свое состояние от состояния ожидания до рабочего состояния в соответствии с циклом беспроводной сети «источник тока подключен»/«источник тока отключен», при этом, по крайней мере, одно из полевых устройств связано с каждым узлом; и
шлюз между главным компьютером и беспроводными узлами;
при этом шлюз выдает главному компьютеру в ответ на сообщение, адресованное одному из полевых устройств, прогнозируемое значение момента времени ответа полевого устройства на это сообщение.
2. Система управления по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что шлюз выдает прогнозируемое значение момента времени, основанное, по крайней мере, частично, на текущем состоянии беспроводной сети и цикле беспроводной сети «источник тока подключен»/«источник тока отключен».
3. Система управления по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что шлюз управляет цикличностью работы беспроводных узлов между состоянием ожидания и рабочим состоянием.
4. Система управления по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что шлюз выдает прогнозируемое значение момента времени, основанное, по крайней мере, частично, на моменте включения полевого устройства.
5. Система управления по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что полевые устройства находятся в состоянии ожидания и в активном состоянии.
6. Система управления по п.5, отличающаяся тем, что беспроводные узлы контролируют, находятся ли полевые устройства, связанные с ними, в режиме ожидания или в активном состоянии.
7. Система управления по п.6, отличающаяся тем, что беспроводные узлы выборочно включают полевые устройства в ответ на управляющее сообщение от главного компьютера.
8. Система управления по п.7, отличающаяся тем, что шлюз хранит информацию о времени, которое требуется каждому полевому устройству для ответа на управляющее сообщение после включения в рабочее состояние.
9. Система управления по п.8, отличающаяся тем, что шлюз выдает прогнозируемое значение момента, основанное, частично, на хранимой информации о времени, которое требуется полевому устройству, которому адресовано это управляющее сообщение.
10. Система управления по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что шлюз вычисляет, будет ли полевое устройство, которому адресовано управляющее сообщение, способно ответить за время, пока беспроводные узлы находятся в текущем рабочем состоянии, и выдает прогнозируемое значение момента времени, основанное, по крайней мере, частично, на этом вычислении.
11. Способ обеспечения связи между главным компьютером и полевыми устройствами, включающий такие этапы, как:
доставка управляющего сообщения, адресованного отдельному полевому устройству, от главного компьютера в беспроводную сеть;
выдача главному компьютеру прогнозируемого времени отклика для ответа от отдельного полевого устройства;
периодическое включение беспроводных узлов для передачи и приема сообщений;
передача управляющих сообщений на отдельное полевое устройство по беспроводной сети на беспроводный узел, связанный с отдельным полевым устройством;
включение в работу полевого устройства в ответ на принятое управляющее сообщение, которое адресовано этому отдельному полевому устройству;
выдача ответного сообщения от отдельного полевого устройства;
передача ответного сообщения по беспроводной сети; и
доставка ответного сообщения главному компьютеру.
12. Способ по п.11, отличающийся тем, что прогнозируемое время отклика основано, по крайней мере, частично, на текущем рабочем состоянии беспроводной сети.
13. Способ по п.11, отличающийся тем, что прогнозируемое время отклика основано, по крайней мере, частично, на определении того, может ли отдельное полевое устройство ответить на управляющее сообщение перед тем, как беспроводная сеть переключится в состояние ожидания.
14. Способ по п.11, отличающийся тем, что прогнозируемое время отклика основано, по крайней мере, частично, на хранимой информации о времени, требуемом для включения отдельного полевого устройства, для выполнения действия, предписанного управляющим сообщением, и для выдачи ответного сообщения.
15. Способ по п.11, отличающийся тем, что главный компьютер считает, что отдельное полевое устройство находится в состоянии готовности, если ответное сообщение получено с прогнозируемым временем отклика.
