Abstract
1. Установка сухого тушения кокса, содержащая: ! a) камеру тушения кокса, ! b) систему циркуляции охлаждающего агента, включающую котел-утилизатор и средство для отвода избыточного объема охлаждающего агента из системы циркуляции охлаждающего агента, ! c) средство для выгрузки кокса из камеры тушения кокса, отличающаяся тем, что ! d) установка сухого тушения кокса содержит дополнительный котел-утилизатор, который связан с системой циркуляции охлаждающего агента. ! 2. Установка сухого тушения кокса по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что дополнительный котел-утилизатор содержит теплообменник и реактор, включающий, по меньшей мере, одно горелочное устройство, а также снабженный дымососом. ! 3. Способ сухого тушения кокса, включающий: ! a) дозированную загрузку кокса в камеру тушения кокса, ! b) охлаждение кокса в камере тушения кокса охлаждающим агентом, который циркулирует в системе циркуляции охлаждающего агента, ! c) подачу кокса из камеры тушения кокса в средство для выгрузки ! кокса, ! d) выгрузку кокса из средства для выгрузки кокса на транспортное средство, ! отличающийся тем, что ! e) производят отвод избыточного объема охлаждающего агента из системы циркуляции охлаждающего агента в дополнительный котел-утилизатор, в котором охлаждающий агент подвергают термической обработке с последующей утилизацией тепла отходящих газов. ! 4. Способ сухого тушения кокса по п.3, отличающийся тем, что термическую обработку охлаждающего агента в дополнительном котле-утилизаторе производя1. The method of dry quenching of coke according to claim 3, characterized in that the cooling agent is enriched with fuel and / or air before being fed to an additional recovery boiler. ! 5.
