Abstract

1. Полимерный многослойный материал, содержащий в виде слоя ! (i) по крайней мере, один термопластичный полимер, к которому адгезионно присоединен в виде слоя ! (ii) продукт превращения реакционной смеси, содержащей ! а) изоцианат из группы, состоящей из (i) содержащих изоцианатные группы форполимеров, которые могут быть получены в результате взаимодействия, по крайней мере, одного изоцианата и, по крайней мере, одного триэфира фосфорной кислоты, в котором, по меньшей мере, одна из трех сложноэфирных групп является гидроксифункциональным алкоксилатом, причем форполимер содержит от 5 до 45% изоцианатных групп и (ii) органические диизоцианаты, ! б) в случае использования а) (i) реакционноспособных по отношению к изопианатам соединений или в случае использования а) (ii) смеси из реакционноспособных по отношению к изоцианатам соединений и, по крайней мере, одного триэфира фосфорной кислоты, в котором, по меньшей мере, одна из трех сложноэфирных групп является гидроксифункциональным алкоксилатом, и, при необходимости, ! в) катализаторы ! г) вспенивающие агенты ! д) вспомогательные вещества и/или добавки. ! 2. Способ получения полимерного многослойного материала по п.1, содержащего термопластичный полимерный слой (i) и адгезированный на нем слой (ii) из продуктов полиприсоединения полиизоцианата, отличающийся тем, что в присутствии слоя (i) подвергают превращению ! а) изоцианат из группы, состоящей из (i) содержащих изоцианатные группы форполимеров, которые могут быть получены в результате взаимодействия, по крайней мере, одного изоцианата и, по крайней мере, одного триэфира фосфорной кислоты, в котором, по меньшей мере, одна из трех сложн�

Claims (3)

1. Полимерный многослойный материал, содержащий в виде слоя
(i) по крайней мере, один термопластичный полимер, к которому адгезионно присоединен в виде слоя
(ii) продукт превращения реакционной смеси, содержащей
а) изоцианат из группы, состоящей из (i) содержащих изоцианатные группы форполимеров, которые могут быть получены в результате взаимодействия, по крайней мере, одного изоцианата и, по крайней мере, одного триэфира фосфорной кислоты, в котором, по меньшей мере, одна из трех сложноэфирных групп является гидроксифункциональным алкоксилатом, причем форполимер содержит от 5 до 45% изоцианатных групп и (ii) органические диизоцианаты,
б) в случае использования а) (i) реакционноспособных по отношению к изопианатам соединений или в случае использования а) (ii) смеси из реакционноспособных по отношению к изоцианатам соединений и, по крайней мере, одного триэфира фосфорной кислоты, в котором, по меньшей мере, одна из трех сложноэфирных групп является гидроксифункциональным алкоксилатом, и, при необходимости,
в) катализаторы
г) вспенивающие агенты
д) вспомогательные вещества и/или добавки.
2. Способ получения полимерного многослойного материала по п.1, содержащего термопластичный полимерный слой (i) и адгезированный на нем слой (ii) из продуктов полиприсоединения полиизоцианата, отличающийся тем, что в присутствии слоя (i) подвергают превращению
а) изоцианат из группы, состоящей из (i) содержащих изоцианатные группы форполимеров, которые могут быть получены в результате взаимодействия, по крайней мере, одного изоцианата и, по крайней мере, одного триэфира фосфорной кислоты, в котором, по меньшей мере, одна из трех сложноэфирных групп является гидроксифункциональным алкоксилатом, причем форполимер содержит от 5 до 45% изоцианатных групп и (ii) органические диизоцианаты,
б) в случае использования а) (i) реакционноспособных по отношению к изоцианатам соединений или в случае использования а) (ii) смеси из реакционноспособных по отношению к изоцианатам соединений и, по крайней мере, одного триэфира фосфорной кислоты, в котором, по меньшей мере, одна из трех сложноэфирных групп является гидроксифункциональным алкоксилатом, и, при необходимости,
в) катализаторы,
г) вспенивающие агенты,
д) вспомогательные вещества и/или добавки.
3. Применение полимерных многослойных материалов по п.1 для изготовления элементов конструкций в автомобилестроении, самолетостроении и при строительстве недвижимости.
