Claims (16)

1. Антистатическая транспортная лента, содержащая
основной слой и присоединенный к нему
электропроводящий материал, предназначенная для снятия электростатического заряда, с сохранением при этом требуемой воздухопроницаемости в пределах приблизительно от 20 до 200 кубических футов в минуту.
2. Лента по п.1, в которой указанный электропроводящий материал главным образом снимает указанный электростатический заряд.
3. Лента по п.1, в которой указанным проводящим материалом является подбивка или пена.
4. Лента по п.1, в которой основой слой обеспечивает формоустойчивость и сжимаемость указанной ленты.
5. Лента по п.1, в которой основной слой также выполнен электропроводящим.
6. Лента по п.1, в которой основной слой выполнен из тканого или спирально соединенного материала.
7. Лента по п.1, в которой основной слой выполнен из полимерного материала.
8. Лента по п.1, которая обладает удельным сопротивлением в пределах 100-10-8 Ом/м2.
9. Лента по п.1, в которой проводящий материал и основной слой соединены посредством сшивания, термоскрепления или химической обработки.
10. Лента по п.1, в которой указанная лента предназначена для перемещения нетканого полотна во время производственного процесса, включающего воздушную обработку, высушивание, эжектирование высокоскоростным потоком воздуха, плетение или комбинацию по меньшей мере из двух указанных процессов.
11. Лента по п.10, имеющая гладкую обращенную к полотну поверхность, посредством чего исключена закупорка и маркировка указанного нетканого полотна.
12. Лента по п.10, в которой электростатический заряд, накопленный на указанном полотне, отводится через указанную ленту на заземленные компоненты.
13. Лента по п.10, выполненная в виде бесконечной ленты или ленты, соединенной швом.
14. Лента по п.1, в которой указанный проводящий материал является покрытием для основного слоя.
15. Лента по п.14, в которой указанное покрытие нанесено посредством напыления или экструдирования.
16. Лента по п.14, в которой покрытием является слой термоплавкого материала.
