Claims (9)
1. Универсальный ролик для направления трубы в экструзионной установке (10) для изготовления труб (40) с регулируемым диаметром, включающий в себя установленный в держателе (32,50,52) ролик (38,56,58), отличающийся тем, что предусмотрены средства (34,54), которые выполнены с возможностью осуществления позиционирования ролика (38,56,58) в его вертикальном положении автоматически и в зависимости от весовой нагрузки роликов (38,56,58).
2. Ролик по п.1, отличающийся тем, что ролик (38,56,58) установлен на оси (36), которая поддерживается с возможностью перемещения посредством упругого элемента (34,54) так, что ролик (38,56,58) перемещается вниз при возрастании нагрузки.
3. Ролик по п.2, отличающийся тем, что в качестве упругого элемента предусмотрена пружина (34,54), в частности спиральная пружина.
4. Ролик по п.3, отличающийся тем, что жесткость пружины согласована с диапазоном веса погонного метра трубы, связанным с размерным диапазоном.
5. Ролик по одному из пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что у нескольких расположенных друг за другом роликов использована разная геометрия.
6. Ролик по п.5, отличающийся тем, что геометрия роликов для поддержания трубы соответствует максимально возможному радиусу трубы или выполнена с возможностью боковой поддержки даже самой маленькой изготавливаемой трубы или в форме двойной призмы.
7. Экструзионная установка для изготовления труб с регулируемым диаметром, включающая в себя экструдер, регулируемое калибрующее устройство и охлаждающее устройство, причем изготавливаемая труба, по меньшей мере, частично направляется в процессе изготовления одним или несколькими установленными соответственно в держателе (32,50,52) роликами (38,56,58), отличающаяся тем, что предусмотрены средства (34,54), которые выполнены с возможностью осуществления позиционирования ролика или роликов (38,56,58) в их вертикальном положении автоматически и в зависимости от диаметра изготавливаемых труб, при этом направляющая, по меньшей мере, частично состоит из ряда расположенных друг за другом в направлении разгрузки роликов (38,56,58), имеющих, по меньшей мере, две разные геометрии.
8. Установка по п.7, отличающаяся тем, что средства (34,54) выполнены для осуществления позиционирования в зависимости от весовой нагрузки роликов (38,56,58).
9. Установка по п.7 или 8, отличающаяся тем, что одни ролики (56) использованы с первой геометрией, имеющей максимально возможный радиус трубы, а другие ролики (58) использованы со второй геометрией, поддерживающей с боков даже самую маленькую изготавливаемую трубу.
